Elmer's Express Delivery went above and beyond my expectations. Elmer was very upfront about costs, provided a contract, estimate, and invoice, and answered any questions I had. The ability to pay with PayPal Goods and Services made it easy to pay the deposit and final costs. The move was very reasonably priced for the quality of service his company provided. I didn't feel pressured or stressed about my move because of the way they took time to make sure my items were securely wrapped and padded. I highly recommend using Elmer's Express Delivery for any of your moving needs. read more

Elmer's Express Delivery did an excellent job moving my household goods from Snohomish to Gold Bar. All the furniture was well wrapped with protective plastic . Nothing was broken or scratched. They even took great care to not damage walls or floors when carrying things. Upon arrival Elmer went the extra mile by organizing my garage. They were all very friendly. Elmer even saved me money, by explaining the charges in detail, before the move. I will definitely recommend Elmer's Express Delivery to friends and family. If you want a great moving experience, they are the company to talk to. read more

Elmer moved my 92 year old mother from her longtime home in Redmond to a senior living home in Seattle. Needless to say, this was a big deal for her. I cannot say enough about Elmer and his company: highest level of service, care, communication, and follow through. The price was very fair, and he patiently explained the entire final invoice to my mother. If you need a mover, this is the guy! read more

We hired Elmer and his crew twice in 2018. I got so busy with the move I completely forgot to write a review until now. Elmer was the most prompt and respectful person to give me a quote when I compared moving companies. He was clear and very easy to coordinate with, especially since I needed his assistance two different times. On both occasions, he and his team were punctual and careful with our items. They were quick to their feet and most definitely made the move significantly less stressful. Whenever we look back on that move we think of Elmer and his team, and we're grateful for their assistance. I would always recommend them. read more

I'll never call anyone else! We had a large bookcase and I wasn't sure if there was a way move it up 2 floors. So I tried to measure and the case and the tight staircase that it was going to get through. I wasn't sure if it would fit. We thought we may have to cut the legs off so that it would fit. Elmer and his awesome crew squeezed thorough with less than an inch to spare with No damage to the bookcase or the stairway. Not only did they do it without any damage, they were a pleasure to deal with. I'd say it was the best interaction with ANY type of company I've ever had! These guys were great! read more

Very good experience with Elmers crew. They were on time, quick, and very careful with our things. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to move/relocate. Beyond impressed and pleased with Elmer's Express Furniture Delivery & Moving!! They went above and beyond my expectations and I was super impressed with their thoroughness in taking care of my items. Elmer was very communicative the whole time, from to the day of when I scheduled them to the move, and that is very important. The team was respectful from start to finish. If you ever need a reference for moving, I highly highly highly recommend Elmer and his team. A family owned business, took care of me and my stuff like I was family. A friend recommended Elmer's company and the moment I looked them up and read the reviews, I stopped my search and vetting and booked with Elmer without any hesitation. And I am so glad that I did. Will be using them again for sure in the future when the need arises. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! read more

Elmer and his team are always fantastic. We've been working with them for years, they have moved pianos and firniture and our entire home. They are consistently fast, professional, and a pleasure to work with. They just moved our place this morning for the second time, done before noon and I am completely satisfied. read more

Today was the second time I've used Elmer's Express Delivery Service. Elmer's Service is Excellent! The guys are fast, friendly, efficient, accommodating, and took excellent care when moving our home. Thank you for making our move so easy and affordable. I highly recommend Elmer's. Would recommend and use again. Fantastic communication from Elmer and careful planning and preparation. Very patient with my series of as hoc questions that came up leading up to our move. Crew showed up on time, worked efficiently yet carefully and everyone was pleasant and professional. Especially considering the rain and not the easiest home to move stuff into. Maybe they could have come with more floor covering, you might want to ask for that or prepare for it yourselves, but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't handle. read more

Five stars for Elmers Delivery service. Friendly with a quick response and reasonable price. Communicated with me when whenever needed. He was flexible with my odd time frame and men were polite and professional when item was delivered. I will use Elmer again!! read more

This will be our 3rd time using Elmer's moving services and him and his team are the best! They were originally a referral from a friend and we haven't used anyone else since. They provide quality services and are so efficient and fast! Everyone is super friendly and hard working. Elmer is also really reliable and easy to work with when it comes to setting up move dates and logistics. We always refer him and his team to our family and friends whenever they need to hire movers. Definitely recommend. read more

USE CAUTION. This review is for moving services related to using Elmer's Express Delivery. I purchased a $3200.00 bookshelf from Bramble Homestore in Everett, WA, and was told that they use Elmer for their deliveries. When I contacted him, he initially gave me a delivery cost of $185.00, then later changed it to $200-225.00 because there were 16 steps (understandable). This was a quote for a much heavier item that measured 104" H x 24" D x 99" W. When I contacted him on Saturday before my purchase, I sent him the dimension of a different item that measured 81" H x19" Dx87" W. When we spoke, Elmer initially quoted me $200.00 and a delivery time of Thursday afternoon (in writing). After the Bramble purchase, he changed the same quote to $250.00 and told me that he could no longer deliver it on Thursday and would have to get back to me on a date for delivery. When I asked "why the change in the delivery date, and the difference in price for a smaller and lighter item," he indicated that he has a full service moving company and booked that time and date to another customer. He also didn't like to be questioned and stated there was a misunderstanding regarding the delivery time and date. He also said that it's often challenging to quote a delivery fee until it was picked up and delivered before he could name a final price. i.e., based on the overall level of difficulty. As a consumer that has done this before, it's pretty straight forward. It was two miles from the purchase location for a real wood bookshelf that comes in two pieces and needs to be brought up a single flight of stairs (16 steps, straight up) into a bedroom at the top of the stairs. If you're considering a purchase from Bramble in Everett, they ONLY use this guy... Looking into him a little more, I discovered that he is not a licensed or insured mover. read more

I work at Bramble and when customers ask who we recommend for deliveries, Elmer's Express is our go-to (though customers can arrange pickup and delivery with anyone). We receive rave reviews about Elmer's team, and customers comment on how respectful they were of their home and belongings, and how pleasant an experience it was. I expect we will continue to recommend Elmer's for their profesionalism and dependability. read more

Friendly. Amazing customer service. Hard working. Polite, kind and incredibly personable. Perfect packing and hauling. Our family has used Elmer's Express Delivery exclusively for our last few moves and will continue to always use them for the future. We highly recommend! read more

Great team of guys. We bought a mattress from The 6 day mattress store in Redmond. After getting home we realized we needed box springs. These guys must have had them on their truck because 5 minutes after making the call to purchase them they showed up. I looked down at my 4 year old son and said, "wow that was fast" and he said "of course their fast Dad, they have a cheetah truck".. well I hadn't noticed but there was a cheetah painted on the side of the truck. Nuff said. Very professional and fast. If you need movers I highly recommend them. I should add that our delivery was scheduled for Saturday and they called to ask availability and showed up the next day (2 days early). Great service and communication. read more

Elmer crew was extremely efficient and quick, and knowing that this was a hard job, he decided to add more people in order to finish faster, making the whole quicker under the same budget. The crew were extremely nice and careful with the packing and moving. And as bonus they were friendly. Highly recommended. read more

Elmer is the best. This was the second time I've used Elmer's Express within the last year. First time was just a mattress delivery, today we moved everything from Redmond into Seattle. Elmer and tony showed up on time and ready to go, I was highly organized to try to save time if possible and Elmer knocked out my move super quick. I actually paid much less than I was expecting and everything he and tony did was quick, professional, and respectful of my stuffs. I highly recommend and will use Elmer's Express again in the future for all my moving and delivery needs. Rock on Elmer. Thanks again! read more

My family just bought two mattresses from Six Day Mattress in Redmond. Elmer delivered one to my parents one day and one to me the next day. Since I was at work, my dad was the one who let Elmer and his crew in to my house. However, I did talk to Elmer to set up the time for my delivery. I told him at that time that I wanted to make sure that my dad didn't touch a thing during either delivery - he's going through treatment and I had visions of him trying to help (which he totally would have). Elmer said he'd handle it - and he did. The delivery at my parents' house involved more than just dropping off the one mattress, they also moved another one upstairs and removed a different one. And my dad never touched a thing or, as best I can tell, went upstairs. For my move, same thing - my dad just opened the door. For both deliveries, Elmer was there on time and the set-up only took about 10 minutes. I've moved a lot (military family) and I know moving mattresses can be cumbersome. Nothing was disturbed in my room - the nightstands and everything on them were exactly as I'd left them. Great company. read more

I bought furniture from Costco and without hesitation I can say that elmer's delivery service was the highlight of my purchase. I got a courteous call well before delivery with a detailed explanation and estimated time of arrival from a very friendly individual. When the delivery truck got here the driver was very courteous and made sure that we were comfortable with the entire process before he left. It's really heartwarming to see companies like these that still care for customer service. I highly recommend Elmer's Express Delivery service. read more

Elmer's team was awesome! I'm a personal assistant in the greater Seattle area and recently find myself managing the moving of my clients. Salvador, Giovani and Ricardo were stellar~ During the 6 hours of steady working they maintained a calm professionalism that was helpful during the chaos of the transition. Whatever I asked them to do in regards to special handling or placement of items they obliged. Everything was moved in tact without any breakage. I recommend them highly. I'll be calling Elmer's Express Movers for all of mine and my future client's needs read more

A+ polite & hard working. Super professional. Put shrink wrap on all & were very careful. Came on time. helped us a very short notice in peak season Highly recommend Gracias, Jody read more

Communication was great (a reminder text 30 minutes before delivery) and the staff were efficient and careful during the delivery.

These guys are great! I bought a mattress at the Six Day Mattress store and they use Elmer for all of their deliveries. I bought my mattress less than 2.5 hours ago and it's in my bedroom. Right now. Seriously. Elmer and team are professional and courteous, arriving promptly and even removing their shoes and laying down a mat to protect my carpet. He was even able to navigate my horribly confusing condo complex and they were in and out in about 10 minutes flat. I would definitely hire them myself or recommend them to a friend! read more

I needed to move a storage unit with antique furniture and fragile collectables to my new residence. Elmer made my move easy and stress free. He was knowledgeable, kind and professional from start to finish and made sure everything went smoothly. His estimate was spot on and very very fair---the cost was lower than what I expected too. His team, Louis and Marina, did an amazing job as well. Very nice people, reliable and professional. Treated my belongings with care. I highly recommend Elmer for your moving needs. I will most definitely use his company again for future moves. read more

Had some furniture ordered from a store nearby, they used Elmer's Express to deliver it. They called me up the day of the schedule to let me know what time I could expect it, then later called to let me know that they were ahead of schedule. That worked out for me, they got here and the two guys that were sent over were great. It was raining and wet outside and they removed their shoes before coming in, and laid down mats to protect the floor as they worked. They had an entire bedroom set up and moved in/constructed in less than thirty minutes, great job with it as well - getting it right where I wanted, and so far - built great. Elmer himself made sure to communicate what time to expect the delivery, and was friendly and flexible enough to schedule in the best time for me. I will be using them again for any moving/furniture delivery needs. read more

We bought several large pieces at Restoration Hardware Outlet yet had no way to move the items home. RH gave two moving companies as tips, and we went with Elmer. We didn't know what to expect, exactly, because the quote seemed low given size and weight of the furniture. Plus, we are a good hour away - in open traffic. I was pleased when they came, on time, as they were uncommonly respectful, considerate and professional. Our furniture was handled with care along with through evaluation. We have had many events requiring movers and Elmer stand out. read more

These guys are AWESOME! Elmer was able to fit us in his schedule with a last minute appointment. They helped us move to our new house in a matter of a couple of hours! Originally a referral from a friend, but now we're referring anyone that needs moving/delivery help to these guys. Definitely will call them again in the future. read more

I have spent the last week calling and calling for a business that would help me move my library book boxes down from my top floor out to the garage. NO one wants such a small job...not moving companies, not staffing agencies, "task" companies, or non-profits. All had a large minimum or were booked until the next millennium. So, I called Elmer's Express. (they are the company that delivered my mattress, set it up, and removed the old one....why did it take me so long to call them??...slap forehead) I got Elmer himself on the phone. "Sure" he says, "I can come over in 30 minutes." Cue the sounds of angels...this is amazing even for a great company like Elmer's. Elmer and another mover arrived right on time, got to work, and knocked out the project in about forty-five minutes. Their rate was very reasonable ESPECIALLY for same-day service. Their staff is courteous, efficient, and are careful with your home and belongings. Hire local...hire the best...hire Elmer's. read more

Very nice movers. Elmer and his crew were fast and professional. I'd definitely use again for any moving needs.

We did not have a good experience with this delivery service. Our delivery was suppose to be made by 9:30 am, I made it very clear when coordinating the delivery that my husband could be home in the morning but that he needed to leave no later than 10:30 to get to work. I was assured that they would be there by 10 am. The crew did not show up until 10:45 am, making my husband over 30 minutes late for work. We did not receive any communication from the driver at all letting us know they were running late. When I called and talked to the owner, he did not even apologize for the fact that his crew was over an hour late, he blamed their being late on the store that we made our purchase from and that the roads were bad due to snowy conditions..... The store opened at 9 am and is 20 minutes away from my house. My commute into work that morning at 7:45 am was clear and wet, the roads were just fine getting into Redmond from Carnation. Way to be accountable guys. Never using this service again. read more

Elmer proved to be flexible, timely, professional, and friendly! He recently delivered a mattress that I ordered from the 6 day mattress store. I needed a new mattress quickly, and thanks to Elmer, problem solved! Turns out he was going to be in my area that evening and could add my delivery to his route. I bought the mattress, he loaded it in the truck, and that evening just when he said he'd be there, he pulled up at my door with the big truck and delivered the mattress. I was happy not to have to deal with the several day wait and 2 to 4 hour delivery window of many mattress places. Thanks Elmer! read more

Today was the second time i have used Elmer's Express and I have been completely satisfied, both times, would recommend him to friends and family (and do ) He is on time (if he happens to run late, he calls to let me know). He comes in, assesses what he needs to move(in today's case, changing beds upstairs to down and vice versa) His estimates via phone are accurate. His brother and he had my job done in good time, with no mess( they had to disassemble one big bed to move it downstairs) In this day and age of poor customer service, Elmer's Express really stand out! read more

I highly recommend Elmer's Express Delivery. I only needed the heavy furniture moved from my condo on the third story. Elmer took no time at all getting everything moved while keeping everything protected. They really made the whole process smooth and easy. We have used Elmer several times in the past to help move items in our home. He and his team were super careful and did an excellent job. We had a situation in which we had to quickly empty a room so we could remove the toxic carpet.
