I dropped it off on 10/8. When I dropped it off I had told them I would be wearing it on the 20th. I was told it should take about a week, I went in on the 18th and it wasn't ready. The alteration person had a family emergency, so I asked for the dress back and he said we can't get to it. It's in a place only that particular person can get to. So now I have no dress my entire family flew in. I decided to wear a dress I had in my closet. I finally picked up the dress and let's just say I need to take it somewhere else to get it finished. I was also charged For the service. They seemed so nonchalant about the whole thing. It really upset me. I went through so much trouble to find the dress and I couldn't wear it and it's not even done properly.

I've never purchased anything this large through Marketplace (was too large for my husband and myself to handle). I decided to look for a company in the Lancaster area to bring it to Sumter and checked on various companies. This company responded very quickly with a reasonable quote and were so courteous and professional. I also thought it might be easier to work with a small company? They had good reviews, so I chose them and am very happy I did. They delivered the bookcase today, and it went so smoothly. The movers were very prompt, polite, courteous and professional as well as very respectful of our property. I have been nervous about how this might go but it turned out great. I am so relieved as well as thrilled with how well it went. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again.
