Okay first things first if you believe there is mold protect yourself and pay the money to get it tested. I am not someone who can afford to drop just a couple hundred dollars on something or someone without it being worth it and my family and myself health is worth any dollar amount that was proven with Davids super explanatory in depth knowledge and testing he conducted which helped ease my concerns at an affordable price.I'm very hesitate to let people in my home especially when I'm uneducated to what is going on in my case but he really has such great energy actually cared about my situation. He was on time so I didn't have to wait long at all and the process was quick maybe an hour tops but time flew by as we chatted it up. David is extremely thorough and will give you great advice on how to remediate if he does find mold. He found stachybotrys in the air of my home and was able to locate the source with a swab sample. David responded quickly every time that I called him, and was able to get me on the schedule three days after my initial inquiry call (he offered a sooner time slot, but this was the one that worked best with my schedule). He was easy to communicate with, confirming via text, and arrived early on the day of the job. He explained everything he was doing as he went through his work, what I could expect from the report, and then made himself available for extra explaining AFTER the report came back (even though the report had been explained to me by the company that ran the report). We needed a mold inspection on a property we're in escrow with. Dave was extremely thorough. He checked moisture levels of every wall in room we were concerned about as well as went above and beyond to check bathrooms. David called a few days before the test to confirm appointment date and time. He also called one hour before to let me know he was on his way and gave me a more accurate time. He explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions and then started the air test outside and inside, while giving me details of the technique used for the test. He showed me the readings as he was doing some manual tests in critical areas such a bathrooms and kitchen, which made sense to me. Once finished he picked up his equipments, asked if I had more questions or concerns and told me to expect results from the third party lab in about one week. Test results arrived one week later. David did a fantastic job during my mold inspection. He identified the source of the problem and after the property manager took down the drywall it was exactly where the problems were coming from. Even now after a month from the initial inspection, David has been helpful with suggestions and recommendations in getting the mold removed.
