I am not going to review Dr. O'Neal right now because I have yet to see him if I ever do see him at…read moreall. Apparently, he is an excellent doctor. This is a review of his receptionist who I talked to on the phone. She exhibited reactionary, intellectually-challenged behaviors with a lack of self-awareness to understand that potential patients are given next to nothing concerning the rules for new patients. Nothing in the so-called rules are stated that an automated cancellation has to be followed up with an actual phone call, probably because one has to assume that the system actually works. Since the system is overseen by individuals like his receptionist things do not work correctly. Not only did this person begin to berate me immediately when I inquired about a new appointment but she accused me of "yelling" at her just because I do not put up with that sort of thing, especially from subhumans like her. I am apparently not the only person who has experienced the rudeness of Dr. O'Neal's staff.
