She asked all the right questions to help identify your issue and if she felt it could be more serious she always did those tests to be sure it wasn't. Most doctors do not do this. She recommended a few specialists for me and they were all great as well. Even in those cases she would treat how she could and then the nurse would call and get me in right away at the other doctor. I would highly recommend if she is taking new patients!!

I loved my NP that I was seeing while as a…read morepatient there and for the most part I loved the rest of the office staff, however I experienced an unacceptable breakdown in continuity of care at this office recently. Due to a complex family history involving Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, I asked to see another provider in the clinic after a brief hospital visit and to my follow up with her to ensure my symptoms were fully evaluated and diagnostic testing was initiated. After a few days and receiving no response to my portal inquiries regarding my care, I followed up with the office, where I was met with disrespect from staff simply for seeking basic answers. Two days later, and midway through active diagnostic testing, I was abruptly terminated as a patient without prior notice, no portal message, no phone call, no nothing until I received their generic dismissal/firing letter with no cause, or explanation, and my portal access was immediately locked. I have retained all documentation and screenshots of these communications. A patient should never be disrespected or discharged mid-testing simply for advocating for their health. Before anyone tries to say I'm just a disgruntled ex employee I promise I am writing this as a former patient, not a former employee.

Tech check my bp. I had recently had a car wreck and had a hurt knee and leg. He wouldn't even look at it. Ask me if I needed X-rays. Had to ask me what meds he prescribed to me. Very cold visit. Office manager refused to make another appointment until I paid for bills I had already paid from 2015 and 2016. I would not recommend this office anymore. Terrible office staff and dr is lacking in concern for patients.

He doesn't treat you as if your dumb for asking questions. Always polite very good bed side manors. Robyn his Nurse practitioner is just as lovely. The only bad thing I will say is dr Gaines schedule stays booked up!
