And, I was throughly impressed, with his knowledge, and presentation. Bright and early, Mr. Delbert, arrived to do his job! But, unfortunately he was disrespected and treated very unkind, by my neighbor & told to not be on his property (which it's hard to do when installing a fence between two homes). Mr. Delbert, handled himself like a true professional. And, the craftsmanship of my doggie widows, and custom gates are impeccable. Job site, was left cleaner than when he arrived. He even replaced missing boards on an adjacent fence to insure the safely of my fur babies. My neighbor, even called the police- which Andrew, also defused and kept the ball rolling. To this day, I still DO NOT know what the problem is with my neighbor. After the police being called and my crazy neighbors antics, It was very comforting, for Andrew to sit down with my husband and I, to assure us that everything was going to be fine and not to let things stress me out! I am currently sitting in my backyard with the privacy and peace of mind, I've wanted for 20 years. I owe it all to Andrew, Delbert and Jimmy. I am truly grateful. Not to mention, I have the nicest fence on the block! In closing, Good fences make good neighbors- Call Andrew!

Terrible Experience with Texoma Roofing This was by far the…read moreworst experience I've ever had with a roofing company. I initially spoke with a woman named Michelle, who was very kind and assured me that an insurance adjuster would come out to inspect everything and possibly get the entire roof replaced. Instead, they sent a gentleman who didn't speak much English. He didn't go on the roof, didn't take any measurements, and didn't inspect anything underneath--like the boards that needed to be replaced--which is something you cannot see from an Eagle View. Michelle then said she could take measurements from Eagle View, but that would cost extra. Before I could even get a quote or see what type of roof would be used--there are about five different types, and I wasn't told which one--or what exactly would be replaced, I was expected to sign a contract. Why would I sign a contract without knowing the details? When I asked for a quote, she refused, saying it would take the guy too much time. Then, completely out of the blue, she told me they were no longer going to do my roof. What kind of company treats clients like this? I have all of this documented via text. I cannot imagine treating a customer in such a dismissive and unprofessional way.

We agreed on a start date, a Friday. As the day approached, the forecast was for rain that day. I called the company and requested a start of one day earlier. They were able to accommodate me and the 6 man crew and the supplies showed up bright and early that morning. The house was draped in netting to catch the debris. Old roof off; new roof on. Done in one day, complete with cleanup and magnetic nail pick up. it's been one week now and I haven't found a single stray nail. I recommend Heirloom Roofing and Restorations, LLC for you roofing needs. I would use them again (hopefully not for 20-25 years). Milton Sander, Old East Dallas.

Fast, Meticulous, and Fair Pricing…read more In preparation for selling my home, I obtained quotes from three roofing companies in the area to repair damage to my garage ceiling from a neglected minor roof leak. SCI Roofing & Remodeling provided the best quote and completed the work ahead of the deadline with no compromise in quality. The first quote came from a company that urged me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance without even looking at the damage! Their unethical behavior ruled them out for me. The second quote was based on drone photos; he immediately identified the problem, and he also proposed filing a claim based not only the drone photos but also meteorological data. The problem is that my roof is only 3 years old; the damage in the photos was small marks that showed no penetration; and even if I chose not to file a claim on the entire roof, he proposed to repair the leak by reconstructing a large part of the roof around the leak. I am sure that this would have been an excellent and thorough repair, but it was far beyond my budget. I went with SCI Roofing & Remodeling because they were the only quote that did not try to exaggerate the damage and they proposed a very targeted repair resulting in a quote that was less than half the highest quote. In addition, they offered to include many interior renovation repairs to optimize the appearance of my house for showing. Finally, not only did they propose a reasonably sized project and deliver excellent quality, but they also completed everything about half a day early! For these reasons, I am grateful that I found this company and am happy to recommend them to others because they are one of the few companies that provide honest, courteous, and skilled work for a fair price.
