I thought this was crazy as I take good care of my teeth. I wanted to get another opinion just to make sure. So I visited Dr. Pena Dentistry and she took X-rays and went thru them and only found 3. . She saved my teeth from all the unnecessary drilling and took care of the cavities along with a cleaning. She is very good with her workmanship. I felt NO PAIN or discomfort at all. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The office was clean and very pleasant. All staff were wearing mask and took covid safety precaution which made me feel safe! I am a customer for life! Highly recommend.

The other person in reception is very friendly and accommodating. I drove 35 miles to get there. A lane closure on I-75 caused a delay of 10 minutes. I called 20 minutes before my appointment time to let them know. The receptionist said "thanks, drive safe". As soon as I get there Tina calls and said "we were expecting you 8 minutes ago. We are canceling your appointment. On the other line, another staff member called and said they were awaiting my arrival. I arrive and get a warm greeting from a staff member who proceeds to check me in. Tina interrupts and exclaims "You can't check him in because I just canceled his appointment 2 minutes ago!" Wasted my time. No apology. Just happiness on Tina's face and shock on the other person's. They don't care about people. I'd hate to have billing problem or any other problem.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr Williams the Dentist, and his staff…read more If you were going to set up a five star dentistry office and you planed it out in advance with great care and research, Dr Williams office is what you would get. I also HIGHLY Recommend Kelly the Hygienist, ( teeth cleaning ) she is truly Outstanding! She and Dr Williams will announce on a mathematical scale tooth by tooth exactly how your gum health is. They probe your tooth-gum and read out the reading so they can be recorded in the computer by the assistant. Actual Example for me; 1 is great, 4 is starting to get issues . ( if you have a #5 that's getting real problems) BTW I could feel on my tooth what they were saying was true. When they call out the tooth name and #1 , feels good, normal, then say on a #4 level my tooth / gum are definitely sore there. I have never had this probing / testing before and it gives you a great feeling to know they are so precise and professional. Also Kelly ( the Hygienist ) will guide you Exactly how to care for your teeth and gums to improve them. Success; I went back for 6 week follow up and had improvement ! thanks to the excellent guidance and exact advice from Kelly. Dr Williams and Kelly ( the hygienist ) are the ONLY Dentist and Hygienist I will be using from now on. Now when i go to the Dentist I don't have the scared, dread feeling that I used to have when I went to the dentist ... because I fully Trust Dr Williams and Kelly. PS I almost forget their prices are very very good. Doug

You don't really understand what I have to go through just to start my day. It takes so much out of…read moreme before I even step out the door. I can't function without pain management, and even then, it's a push. So something as "simple" as a dentist appointment? It's not simple for me. It's planning, it's pain, it's mentally preparing my body to sit, to lay back in that chair, to make it through the entire appointment without my back giving out. And that's why I'm grateful for people like Dr. Michael Green out in Wesley Chapel. A dentist who understands. Who doesn't judge me for not coming every year, but instead encourages me to come as often as I can--with compassion. That matters more than people realize. In these photos, you see me getting dental work done--but what you don't see is everything it took to get here. The pain, the effort, the cost. Because let's be real--managing chronic illness is already expensive, and then you still have to keep up with everything else outside of your regular doctors. Thankfully, my teeth are in good health, and with things like Groupon, I'm able to afford to maintain that. But this right here? This is what strength looks like. Doing what you have to do, even when your body makes it 10 times harder.

As a non-DSO (independent) dentist, Dr. Green provides a level of genuine care and transparency that is incredibly hard to find these days. It is such a relief to visit a practice that actually honors its word and doesn't rely on frustrating bait-and-switch tactics or aggressively upsell you on expensive treatments you don't need. The entire process for a standard teeth cleaning, comprehensive exam, and x-rays was incredibly simple and very fairly priced. You know exactly what you are getting and what it will cost, with absolutely no hidden surprises or high-pressure sales pitches. If you want a trustworthy dentist who truly puts patient care over corporate profits, Dr. Green is the absolute best. Highly recommended!
