This left me questioning why I was charged so much in advance and why the costs were not explained more clearly. My experience with the front desk employee, Mel, was also disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to get clarification about the charges and insurance adjustments. I went in expecting to have a front tooth fixed, but instead left feeling pressured into additional treatment and frustrated by the billing process. The place has a MOVIE THEATRE where rich adults can watch movies while waiting to get their teeth fixed but they can't afford to help people in their community who are dying from dental issues. How does a place like this exist?
