From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted by Kiannie, Johana, and Brandon, who are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They really set the tone for every visit. Dr. Georges is truly one of the nicest and most down-to-earth doctors I've ever met. From the beginning, he took the time to really listen to my concerns about straightening my teeth, replacing missing teeth, and achieving a natural, cosmetic look with veneers. He created a thoughtful, long-term plan alongside his treatment coordinator Kiannie (who is awesome, by the way), where I started with orthodontics, kept up with my routine cleanings, and then returned for veneers. During my journey, I was seen by Katie and Madison for cleanings, and they are by far the best hygienists I've ever had. They were always attentive, checked in on my orthodontic progress, and made sure I stayed on track with my treatment plan. After a year in orthodontics, I was finally ready for veneers, and Dr. Georges made the entire process incredible. I had been dealing with fillings and bonding for years, and I knew I wanted something more permanent. He took such great care in giving me my dream smile, and the results exceeded my expectations. When I walked in I was greeted warmly. They took my information and I talked with them about the procedure. They answered all my questions. Dr. Puma Patel was the one who did the procedure. She and the nursing staff have great patient-centered communication and rapport. She and the nurses worked as a team to create and place the temporary crown. It took less than a half hour. I had begun needing a lot of dental work, a front tooth breaking off at the gum line, numerous…read morebridges and crowns and at least five root canals and I was totally prepared at my first appointment with Dr. Wilson to request total mouth implants. I was on time and called to the back within minutes. I had full mouth e-rays. Once I was back in the exam room, Dr Wilson came in and we discussed. Mostly he discussed (I certainly knew very little about the procedures) what he thought appropriate for me, over the course of at least a half-hour, maybe longer. He actually convinced me to just get the one implant for the front tooth. I came for the second appointment, again no significant waiting time and he went to work with two gals assisting. I can't begin to express how well the whole experience went. No one likes sitting in a dentist's chair but Dr. Wilson really inspires confidence and assurances without neglect to the job he's doing. I scheduled 2 appointments with Dr. Wilson to get a laser treatment of my gums commonly known as…read moreOsseous Surgery without cutting tissue. I had similar done years ago using a UV laser to remove bacteria in deep pockets by my dentist who is now retired. That worked great and cost just $600 in 2 appointments without ANY PAIN or bleeding. Additionally, Dr. Wilson agreed to extract a loose tooth after I was not able to have it done at another center where I previously a similar extraction done on the opposite lower side with no pain or abnormal bleeding the following day. After Dr. Wilson completed his procedures my face was swollen, my gums were on fire and I bled for 3 weeks with serious pain that extended over 5 weeks! During the procedure I saw he had a problem with the Millanium laser and was fussing with it. I believe her burned my gum tissue to cause the epic PAIN I endured :( My jaw still shoots with pain cause he injected me 4 times during tooth extraction. It was TOO MUCH as face & nose was numb till MIDNIGHT = almost went to emergency. He and Tampa Bay Perio on McDill is WAY OVERPRICED costing $10,000 and refuses to re-emberse!!!!!

When you need a root canal, a week seems like an eternity. Next, Dr. Melker can really numb up a tooth. He came in the usual place and then returned 10 minutes later to do some other injections in and around the tooth. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. In fact, I was numb until the next day. The procedure itself went very quickly once I was numb. Maybe 30 minutes. No pain. I'm impressed with the quick and efficient, yet friendly staff and office.
