I ordered Wings, and since it was happy hour, $1 Chicken tacos. Both the wings and tacos were great, especially the tacos for $1 each. The wings were your classic Buffalo Wings; well done & crispy. Chicken tacos were moist and flavorful, and were served with onions, cilantro, radish, and lime. This wasn't the first time I've had Yellowfins Wings (we get them nearly every time we come, they're that good) but it was the first time I've had their happy hour tacos. Both my mom and I recommend them and would definitely order again. Other must orders are the cheesesteaks and the tuna nachos!! One of the things we love most about Yellowfins is the small town, local vibe. There are always familiar faces at the bar every time we visit, year after year. Since it's tucked into a small shopping center a little farther inland compared to many other local bars & establishments, it would be easy to drive right past it--but don't. If you've never been, it's absolutely worth the stop. The fact that we keep coming back year after year, along with so many regulars, says everything you need to know.

Our server was wonderful and I wish I remembered her name so I could give her the props she deserved! She was tall and in all black and SO friendly, and we talked about drinks and bartending. She was so knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction to try a truly one of a kind cocktail; the dill cucumber lemonade! It was more herby more than pickly and just the right amount of sweet, refreshing and just what I wanted. We can't wait to come back to try the food!

The Alfredo was very good, although the scallops were bay scallops rather than sea scallops, and for the price I expected a little more seafood. Despite being promoted as "lump crabcake," they appeared to be mostly filler with finely shredded crab, with perhaps 15% lump crabmeat. The flavor was good, but not exceptional, and I found the name of the entrée misleading. I am accustomed to a lump crabcake being predominantly lump crab. For dessert, we shared the bread pudding, which seemed unsure whether it wanted to be bread pudding or apple pie. It was fine, but not especially memorable. However, the crabcakes were quite disappointing, especially given the description and market price. It's like someone told them one day that tex-mex was popular but never told them what that meant. They had no salsa for the quesadillas and apparently they never have salsa.
