I started having electrical issues. Called them, no one answers. I get sent straight to voicemail. A week later my inner axle goes out, my tires are bad every last one of them I was told need to be replaced immediately. Right after that, I started having transmission issues. My car now has been in the shop for three months, and I've only had the car for five months. When I did my own research on the car and went on Kelly Bluebook, what I seen on there for my car is not what they showed me from the Kelly Bluebook that they showed me and when I asked why am I seeing a difference between both of them, he assured me that the one that they have is the most recent one, so I went back on Kelly Bluebook in his face and showed him that this is the most recent one that I just pulled this up, and he still insisted that what I was looking at was wrong. He didn't know what I was looking at clearly when it said Kelly Bluebook at the top of the website. On top of all of the issues and everything else that's going on, on my paperwork says that I paid for registration, license and title fees, but my registration expired last month, and that's on me to pay again another $400 for registration that was "included in my vehicle purchase agreement". Sammy is who sold me the car he's a really nice guy just BEWARE before purchasing a car from here!

After a few minutes of conversation I realized that this was a decent and honest man who's willing to negotiate even though his cars are sold for much less than the competition around him. Frank gave me a super deal on a beautiful BMW 328i. I was concerned that for that low price the car would have some kind of problem. Frank assured me that the car was in excellent condition, but if I had any problems I could bring it back and he would take care of it. Anyway, I've been driving this car for 3 months now and the car runs like new as promised. If you are in need of a good used car for the best price in town, I advise you to pay The Gallery Auto Zone a visit, it's a small shop but Frank and his wife, Iris, will take good care of you. I had been searching for a car on CarGurus for months. For some reason, I had no luck finding…read moresomething. As soon as I saw this truck, I reached out to the dealership. The next business day, a seller named Nicho reached out to me. We talked on the phone about my situation & what I would need to be able to walk with this truck. We went over credit, co-signer, down payment, deposit & questions regarding the vehicle. Nicho was able to get me approved with no cosigner & a monthly payment that I am comfortable with & a down payment I was comfortable with. When I arrived to the dealership, they had the truck ready for me to test drive. After a test drive, I was sure this is the vehicle I wanted. Besides that, after the purchase of the vehicle we have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Part after part, mechanic after mechanic. The car has sat more than we have been able to drive it! Now here comes the BIG ONE. We have been 100% up to date on our payments, they recently sold our loan to another company WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. This new company "mid Atlantic finance" towed the car with ALL PAYMENTS UP TO DATE AND NEVER LATE. Anywho, contacted Deal time and all they could say was "oh sorry you're right, all your payments are up to date. We will retrieve the car for you. It was the other companies fault." Yet, let me remind you, he then said "well we tracked the gps and seen it sitting in the same spot because and that is why we towed it" (it was in the same spot for 3 days at her place of work because it was BROKEN DOWN AGAIN. Just curious on to which story it really is?!?! They then proceeded to tell us we needed to pay $1500 to retrieve it out of the impound yard. I refused and they then picked up the car and took it to their lot. (By the way it is my mother's car and I am the co-signer) they told ME they would have their mechanic try to figure out what is going on for NO CHARGE. My mother then called and they proceeded to tell her she needs to pay $150 for the mechanic taking a look. They have showed no remorse, have offered no compensation and will not even return her car to her as we live over an hour away! The car was unlawfully towed and does not run and they will not even return it to her. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
