Noah kept into action and saved me by going thru a couple of my past emails and finding the right incident code which, when entered in computer revealed the correct info and the iPad Pro was headed out 2-day UPS. If it weren't for Noah going above and beyond I would've been stuck on the phone and computer trying to figure all this out at home again. Exemplary employ. Thank you Noah. Make sure you get a receipt for everything you drop off there no matter what they tell you. I only got credited for 1 of the 2 items I returned.
