We requested our yearly fundraising donation letter and mailing to be completed. It was completed as requested. However, before the mailing was completed, the emails began requesting payment. There was no notification or communication to our Nonprofit business that payment was required up front. We explained that a check would be mailed and then Sean showed up at the door to get a check! Unbelievable! I was livid that they were so pushy and had the nerve to show up. I get that every business has issues, however, don't blame the Cornerstone business issues as the reason for the pushy nature. It's not our fault that they had thousands in write offs or that they have had to fire a lot of staff and that's the justification for the terrible unprofessional behavior! Never again will we go to Cornerstone due to their pushy practice for taking payment and being so obnoxiously forward. If payment is required upfront, then it simply needs to be communicated as a job begins. read more
