There was no personal contact/service to it. I would have expected an email from the agent specifically or a more individualized response from the company; not just a computerized email asking for more information which I assume they will sell. I no longer wish to be involved with this business.

Not only did she find us the best honeymoon spot, but she also got us a free spa service. I felt like this lady actually cared to make sure we got the most for our money.
