Disappointing experience and waste of time…read more.. I spoke to an overall friendly salesperson, Grayson, about a bike they had advertised online. Even though there were hidden fees for 'destination' and 'assembly & prep', I agreed to the total. Then, per Grayson's suggestion, I searched around and sorted out my own shipping service. I called first thing in the morning to make the transaction and I was told that they would not ship the bike without assembling it first (which would significantly increase the shipping cost). The funny thing is, the bike is already in the shipping box! Next I spoke with Jimmy, the sales manager, and was told that they *have to* assemble it first (fine, go ahead) but they're unwilling to then disassemble it for shipping. Again, it's already in the shipping box. They claimed that they couldn't "risk it" so I even went above and beyond and called Yamaha (the manufacturer), and figured out a way they could ship to my local dealer, so there would be no liability for them. Supposedly, Jimmy spoke to the owner who (after everything I went through between salesperson, sales manager, the manufacturer, and the shipping company) said they wouldn't ship to me at all. In the end, the final verdict was: "we don't want your business."

It's been in the shop for approximately 7 + months! They are not reputable people!! After the 6 month repair he had to pull it to the dock by swimming, yes he test rode it in the cold Smith Lake waters to make sure it was repaired. And still a piece of junk. Go somewhere else, but check all ratings first on any of them!

The trailer we bought from them had some wiring issues, so we had the manufacturer send us the tail light wire harness since it kept shorting out and actually fried the wires in the front. Upon getting the jet skis back we noticed that the wire harness never was replaced but I was charged for it (it was still under warranty). They left out a few screws to the hatch so when we got it out on the water, 2 gallons of river water leaked into the engine compartment. There was more but I'm sure you get the picture. When I spoke with the repair guy he was very apologetic and wanted us to drive the hour and half back to make it right. We were charged almost 200 dollars for them to check the battery draining only for him to tell us that there was nothing he could do about it and it is not covered under warranty so needless to say we will not be bringing them back.

That was a major factor in my decision to move forward with the sale. However, after completing the paperwork, I later found out that tax and title were not included, despite being promised otherwise. This feels misleading and dishonest. Transparency is the least I expect when making a major purchase, and this dealership failed to deliver that. Instead of feeling satisfied with my purchase, I'm left feeling misled and frustrated. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from this dealership to double-check every detail and get everything in writing before signing anything. Don't wast your time with their service department…read more Took my bike in for service and it was a nightmare. -they have no idea how to work on carbureted bikes -they told me the had to re-jet my carb -when I got the bike back and it ran like crap, they changed their story and said they never re-jetted the carb -overfilled my oil on the service so it sprayed oil all over my bike (see picture attached) -bike leaks MORE oil after having a top end job than it leaked BEFORE they got into the cylinders. My husband reserved a vehicle almost a month ago for my 40th birthday trip. When he arrived to pick up our rental (ON TIME MIND YOU), he was told they opted NOT to hold our reservation due to a concert and race in the city, and had instead rented out all the vehicles that would fit our family. We ended up leaving 3 hours late and were LIED to about our options after that. We were told we could swap the vehicle out at our next stop in Tallahassee, but surprise, the Hertz at the next location also did not have the vehicle we needed. We are left driving a car with not enough space for the family members we have with us and driving a vehicle we cannot see out the back window because luggage is wedged in anywhere it could go. I absolutely will never trust this company again and will be asking my husband to abandon his President Circle status and move to another rental company. Thanks for starting off my birthday week with such a massive headache hertz.
