I got a gel manicure using Funny Bunny, which anyone who knows, knows it's a tricky polish because it's so buildable. Sophia was so patient -- she shaped my nails to perfection and she did four coats and made them look flawless. Ring did my pedicure and absolutely killed it. My toes feel so clean, and even though they're not the length or shape I ideally want yet, he worked with what I had and made them look amazing. I really appreciated the care he put in. She used an extremely thick, aggressive file on my natural nails, and kept saying "tell me if it hurts" while literally filing my nails down to nothing. She filed my nails into a shape I did NOT ask for. When I politely asked her to straighten them, she did it once, handed my hand back, and they were still uneven. I asked again, "as straight as possible." After 2X times I just said "okay, that's fine" because it clearly wasn't improving. She then looked me dead in the face and said, "if you want, you can just leave." No apology, no effort to fix it just rude and dismissive. To top it off, she only worked on ONE hand, completely ignored the other hand, and still charged me $10. They were fully okay letting me walk out with my nails in this condition. I had to keep saying ouch and move my foot. The tech apologized, but I was still cut on the other foot. This was my pedicure for my wedding, which made it very disappointing. I don't think I'll be back, I'll be looking for a new location.
