He identified multiple problems that needed to be corrected in order to pass final inspection and offered excellent solutions.  He completed connections to two new Ring security cameras, two outdoor ceiling fans, multiple outdoor lights and outlets. More importantly, Alec made sure he was present during the final electric inspection so he could answer any questions the inspector might have. Residential Electric Solutions prices were not the cheapest, but were clearly outlined in the initial quote.  The work was done on time, neatly and professionally and all city inspections were passed.  It was very clear to us that Alec and Suzanne have a lot of experience with installing electric on new additions and we were thankful they helped us out of our nightmare. In the meantime to get the price down we omitted nearly everything with the exception of just one dimmer switch and one ceiling fixture. Asked the rep to revise the contract and resend with updated pricing. He refused and said he would just update our price later after he came out to get the work done.
