They refuse to give you a cost estimate, no matter how basic the job or how detailed you describe the problem, until you pay them $70 to come out to your house. Dear Yelpers, please please do NOT normalize this greedy practice by giving this company or any company that does this your business. They'll say it's a standard industry practice. It is not. There are many honest services out there that offer free cost estimates and don't try to manipulate you to buy their products. They'll also say the fee is to compensate for the time that the technicians spend coming out, but that's just being dishonest. That $70 sure as hell ain't going to the worker. If they're being dishonest before you even hire them, think about what else they'd be dishonest about. Please stay away. He identified multiple problems that needed to be corrected in order to pass final inspection and offered excellent solutions.  He completed connections to two new Ring security cameras, two outdoor ceiling fans, multiple outdoor lights and outlets. More importantly, Alec made sure he was present during the final electric inspection so he could answer any questions the inspector might have.
