I showed her a few ideas but ultimately just wanted a noticeable hair transformation. She definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a style I feel so confident in! Not only was I highly impressed with my hair but the overall experience was great. I brought my one year old daughter with me to get her bangs trimmed as well, and even when she got a little fussy the Salon staff were so kind and helpful. They made us feel so welcomed the whole time. I can honestly say I left this salon SO HAPPY and look forward to booking more appointments here in the future!

That was honestly not a problem considering I am looking for a new stylist. However, that's when things got really bad for me. When I sat down with Giulian ( I think thats what her name was) she insisted on knowing what salon I had been to before, while I am not interested in talking negatively about anyone in my community so I politely declined to tell her who it was. After that, we took my hair down and the stylist said "ewuu"! And then stated "she wasn't comfortable with me in her chair" and told me to reschedule with someone else. I left there in tears today. It seams like a lovely place and I would have very much enjoyed that being my home salon. I hope you get a kinder stylist to represent your business.

Terrible wedding day experience with the business owner and coordinator, Amanda. I booked hair and…read moremakeup service for one bride, 6 girls, and one man's hair on 3/6/2023 for my 2/24/2024 3pm wedding. The contract stated there would be 2 artists to accommodate my party and the cost was $1,525, of which half was required to be paid upfront when the date was reserved. The two trials I did were $275 each. As the wedding came closer, we received a first schedule on 1/28/2024 with a beginning time of 7:30am and an ending time of 1:45pm. There would be two makeup artists beginning at 7:30am with every girl given 45 minutes for hair and 45 minutes for makeup. The first artist would finish at 12pm and the second would finish at 1:45pm. The man's hair was never asked about and my dad got a haircut so I just ate that $50 cost. On 2/21/2024 I received an email from Amanda that said: "I wanted to let you know that we've slightly adjusted our schedule. Our team will need to start at 6:00 am to ensure everything is completed by 2:00 pm." No explanation for the change and no apology. The new schedule had 2 artists beginning at 6am and the first artist leaving at 9am. So the second artist must finish everyone else herself by 2pm. Starting at 6am for a 3pm ceremony so one artist could do it all herself is a major inconvenience and we told Amanda that would not work for us. She then sent us another schedule that started later but also shortened the amount of time the artist would spend with each girl. We reached out again and asked why the time per hair/makeup was shortened when it was pretty clear based on the first two schedules 45 mins per hair/makeup was needed. I looked into other hair and makeup artists to take 2 girls that day as it seemed Posh's shortened schedule would not finish on time or would suffer for quality. I asked Amanda if we could be refunded the two girls the other makeup artist would be doing and she basically threatened us to read the contract about cancellations. The day of the wedding the hair and makeup artists from Posh began at 7:30am. The second one left at 8:30am. And Posh did not finish with the 4 girls out of 6 girls in my contract until after the photographer arrived after 1:30pm. There would have been no way for Posh to finish 6 girls plus the bride with the shortened time per girl as the artist was still doing finishing touches after photography started taking pictures. The artists themselves were wonderful. This review is for the business owner, Amanda, who was booked almost a year ahead of time and was unable to keep her end of the contract. I received no refund for the girls they would not have finished (or the man) and no apology for the change of schedule and mess created by Amanda so close to the wedding date. I would not recommend Posh Bridal Team to anyone. The Hair and Makeup business that came to the rescue was Glam To Be! They were prompt, professional, and did a great job! Let me start with this , I have never had such a awful time with an artist. When I booked and…read moreconfirmed it seemed everything was gonna be great and stress free but boy was I wrong. When you have a bride entrust you with their big day you are suppose to accommodate and make the process as stress free as possible. I made arrangements for a trial that would be performed at their salon set for 11/21at 9am 3 weeks before the wedding . I received a message 11/11 asking if they could do the trial on sight instead mind you there is a travel fee and I made the arrangements to go to the salon the same day I was set to go finalize things for the venue. So I said no and she confirmed that would be fine we would leave it as is .11/20 at 10:51 pm I receive another text this one stating that my trial would need to be rescheduled due to another bride needing my artist .I work 16 hours a day 7 days a week and took off the 21st specifically for the makeup trial this ended up costing me 16 hours worth of work and pay to not have my trial. In a way this basically told me I was not important as a bride and my time was of no value to them . However I provided them another date I would be available and at a time I would be off the clock trying to be understanding. I messaged to confirm the new date and time for the trial and was told once again no it would have to be rescheduled. This time she stated 11/26 at 1:30pm .11/26 was thanksgiving I'm not sure about anyone else but when you work as much as I do holidays are the only time I have to spend with my family . At this point I was extremely upset and then was basically told I needed to be more accommodating for them .Me as the bride getting married in 2 weeks needed to work my schedule around theirs. At this point I wanted a refund. I was told it could take up to 7 days but that it will happen. I follow up 11/29 and was told 7 business days and to exclude Thanksgiving. Today has marked 7 business days excluding Thanksgiving and the refund has not been put in my account. I would caution any bride to mindful who you do business with . I thought I was booking one of the best based off reviews turns out I wasn't booking anything but disappointment and the stress of finding another artist last minute. Regardless of a refund this was unacceptable.
