As an experienced Permanent Makeup Artist and a Registered Nurse, I must comment on the negative review posted about Michelle Brantley. Michelle made the correct decision to NOT reinforce a lip line mistake done by a previous procedure by another tattoo technician . We are taught to never go beyond the vermillion border of the lip. They are 2 very different skin tissues. One is basically intestional tissue (lips) as it is the beginning of the alimentary canal. The tissue beyond the vermillion is facial skin, much like the rest of the outer body covering. Pigment placed in facial skin will never match pigment placed in lip tissue. The mistake made to Deborah D's lips was made long before she ever stepped foot into SeaChelle's studio. The person who did the original lip tattoo made the mistake. That technician was in error and should have known better. Usually the only reason to exceed the vermillion is to correct a deformity. This woman's lips were not deformed and she clearly has a defined vermillion even thought the previous technician attempted to enlarge the upper lip area. The ending result is that the pigment faded away unevenly and left scar tissue in it's place. Michelle's did what is correct. Leave that area to continue to fade and work on the lip tissue only. As an artist, it is our responsibility to know what should and should not be done. The previous artist clearly did not follow protocol. Michelle's only error was ever agreeing to work on this woman in the first place. Lesson learned Michelle. You are an fabulous artist and everyone in this industry who has seen your work , especially lips, follows you and applauds you. We all have those clients... few and far between. We see them coming , our guts tell us maybe you should just guide them somewhere else or back to the person who did them first...and wish they had just gone somewhere else...you can never make this type of person happy and you never will. This is how they handle life...when we try to help them, we become another one of their victims. read more

I can't help but gush about my experience with Michelle at SeaChelles! I'm that person who dedicates an embarrassing amount of time and money to perfecting my eyebrows. With barely anything to work with, I wanted brows as bold as my personality, so I decided to take the plunge into the world of microblading. A friend recommended SeaChelles, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Michelle, the magician behind the magic, is an absolute gem. Sweet and soft-spoken, she radiates genuine care and compassion. You know she's something special when you discover her incredible work, like tattooing areolas for those who've bravely battled breast cancer. It's more than a beauty service; it's art with heart. Michelle and I had a consultation, and she recommended a combo of microblading and microshading for my desired bold look. The process? Surprisingly painless. Okay, maybe not fantastic, but definitely bearable. The first 4 days post-treatment, I sported sunnies because my brows looked like bold stickers. Plan accordingly! But once the healing is done--around 9 days for me--it's pure eyebrow bliss. Michelle checked in daily on my healing progress, even putting up with my daily brow selfies. She's always available for questions or concerns, ensuring you leave with all the info and supplies you need for a flawless healing process. Two ointments, a facial soap bar, verbal instructions, and written guides with pictures--it's foolproof. Now, I never have to touch my brows with makeup, and as you can see in the pictures, they're simply wonderful. It's hands down the best beauty decision I've ever made. I've already sung Michelle's praises to friends, and a few have become SeaChelles converts. Trust me; you won't regret letting Michelle work her magic on your brows! read more

Michelle does amazing work!! That's why I'm back ....She did my lips, brows, and eyeliner 4 years ago perfectly! I've lighten a little bit and it's time to refreshen them. Starting with my eyeliner. Love, Love, Love my eyeliner! Just like the first time - PERFECTION!! I'm not one to apply makeup on myself - to much work - takes to much time - doesn't stay on. I am soooo thankful for Michelle beautifying me! Makes my eyes pop! Can't wait to freshen up my lips and brows too cause that's all the makeup I need and it's always on!! Love it! Michelle is a sweet, kind, most patient, talented, very meticulous and professional person! She takes great pride in her work, always asking me if I'm doing ok and takes her time to make sure everything is just perfect! (great numbing cream too) I get so many compliments! Even from my Gynecologist... I had an appointment with her after having them done. She noticed and complimented me on how beautiful my eyes look and then took a real close up look and wanted to know who did them since they look so perfect! She wants to get hers done. Also love Michelle's darling facility! Spotless and absolutely adorable! All created by her! Can't say enough good about her and her professionalism and outstanding character!! One more thing....she even contacted me afterwards to see how I'm healing and if I have any needs or questions/concerns! She's the BEST! Truly a wonderful human being! read more

Never did I expect to need services such as provided at SeaChelle's. Yet, if it had to be, ecstatic to have found Michelle. She is extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable before you ever even walk in the door. The building is decorated tastefully, a large breast cancer awareness ribbon, landscaping of beautiful blooming bougainvillea, pavers in the driveway and with, naturally, pink parking stops. Her waiting area is filled with cute little trinkets designed to make you feel good and empowered during your battle. She offers mints and candies, perfumes. Soft, feminine touches throughout give you an inkling to her artistry. The permanent makeup process is personalized. You get to select the colors, shapes, sizes you want, or at least think you want. Michelle listens to you and makes suggestions. She takes her time. Ultimately, she allows you to choose, making changes as you go along, having you look in a full length mirror to make sure you are pleased at various stages. Michelle's pleasant demeanor makes the experience truly that--an experience to help you along with your cancer journey. You are even given a goodie gift bag before you leave. Definitely recommend this fabulous woman for her professionalism and attention to detail. You won't be sorry you gave Michelle a chance! read more

My review is regarding Debora D comments about her lips permanent makeup. She wrote all this large review with comments. She sounds like the professional. Michel was write in every profesional move she did. I been doing Permanent Makeup for 17 years. Yes people should take antiviral for the possibility of getting fiver blisters. Absolutely not going over the vermillion line why And want to continue. because there is tree different kinds of tissue. The semi mucus membrane, the vermillion line, and the skin. The lady looks like having olive skin. It is imposible to deposit pigment in those tree areas at the same time. And for it to look an even color. Debora is wrong in every assumption that she made. The description of your previous artist using a doll instrument is not acurrate. Is that lips should never ever be tattooed over the vermillion line. I am a mature lady. I am a Master Medical Esthetician . I did permanent makeup for 16 years. My name is Marta Infantino. I am a woman of integrity professional honesty. Resuming Michele was write Debora D went to the wrong technician first and she got a butchered job. And wants to continue. read more

Michelle has done my lips, upper eye liner, and lower eye liner. I feel blessed to have met her. I'm naturally blonde with light blue eyes. Translation: I always looked tired. Michelle and I met a couple of times before she did my permanent make up. I was so scared. She talked to me about how everything felt. She talked to me about colors. She talked to me about the shape of me face. She even talked to me about my cycle, because there's more pain involved around that time of the month. I have no idea why I was afraid. I didn't feel anything she did. Nothing! My eyes look super bright now, after choosing the correct shape and color for the liner. Even when I'm tired, I don't look tired! It's a huge change! I'm so much more confident. I've never worn lipstick. I'm a chapstick kinds of girl. Lipstick tastes awful. My lips were more pale than the rest of my skin. Now my lips have an amazing matte color. A little bit of chapstick is the shine my lips need for a night out. She stayed until after 10 pm to get my lips done just right. Next will be my brows... I'll keep you updated! read more

Several years ago I lost my eyebrows and had a woman who put on thin and very high brows on me. Well, after you get permanent makeup there's not much you can do. Years later I thought maybe a really good permanent makeup artist could fix them. Well after months of research, I found Michelle at Seachells Permanent Makeup. I truly believe she has changed my life. I now have more confidence and get tons of compliments on my brows. Michelle is totally professional but more than that, I think she is one of the most special people I have come across in a long time. She has the biggest heart and really just cares about her customers. She explains everything to you in a way that sets you at ease. Her talent is unbelievable. Even my sister who lives up north would only trust Michelle. Michelle could change your life for the better for sure. Don't let bad brows get you down. Go to Michelle and let her bring out the best in you. You won't be sorry. read more

I am a very satisfied client of Michelle's! I barely had any brows left until i visited Michelle. Now I have the most beautiful, natural looking brows ever. Honestly, nobody knows they are permanent tattoos unless I tell them myself. She is very professional , cautious and so compassionate with all of her many clients. I have sent many friends and clients of my own to her. They can't believe how wonderful she is. I definitely recommend her to everyone! Most certainly the best in her profession read more
