I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done. This review is only for the quote and attempt to schedule service. I asked for a quote on Yelp and received a prompt reply however, when I asked what their availability to schedule service would be, there has been no response. Perhaps they have a lot of business and could not take on any new customers.
