The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. I have wandered by this Walgreens many times but never stepped foot in it until yesterday. Overall, this Walgreens is very well maintained. It was clean and the shelves were well stocked and organized. Kudos to the cashier in the makeup department who made it a point t call over customers when she saw the line at the main cashier was getting a bit long. I liked seeing the teamwork between the two (and it made the lines go much faster). There's ample parking in the lot in front of the store and there are a few places to eat nearby including a Wendy's and Don Alex. I'd say Walgreens is best for very specific items (such as Distilled Water, $2 for 2!) but not so much for others (some of the toys are way overpriced). Warning: this Walgreens is not 24 hours like some of the others in the area had has more "normal" business hours.

I've come in several times now, and it's never looked untidy or dirty. It seems to be staffed the times I'm there, usually at peak times. They have a pictures area and that's also where you'd find the magazines/batteries. It's not immediately noticeable, hence why I'm commenting on where you'd find it. The shelves are not very empty. I've come in for various items and always had my pick of products to choose from. The staff are business polite and really that's all I need. I've, however, never been asked whether I require help. Not a big deal to me but might matter to you. My rating is a 3 however because a few weeks back I attempted to do a same-day delivery order via Postmates. First off, it wasn't clear that the same-day delivery was not directly via the store itself but rather Postmates. Second, they accepted my order, allegedly packed it and had it ready and waiting for pickup. The order was placed and accepted at 3pm. It was ready to be retrieved by 4pm. My Postmate went to the location, only to call me and tell me the store was closed. It was now 5pm. I checked the corporate website, Google Maps and Yelp and all the hours said they closed at 12am. As it was around Christmas/New Years, I chalked it up to a mishap and let customer service know so that they'd refund my credit card, which they did. Then a few days later, my partner went to the store himself. Again we double-checked the hours, gets there and sends me a picture showing the new posted hours and directions to the nearest 24 hour location. It was after 5pm and the store was once again closed. I went there myself a few days later and saw the new posted hours, and yet there's been no mention of the hours change on the store website. I know everywhere has a staffing shortage. My beef is that they're still advertising being open until 12am, when that isn't the case. So long as I only need them between 8a and 5p, I'll come here for my pharmacy needs, but I'm definitely annoyed by the last few interactions I've had with them and so yes, 3 stars only for this location.
