After I paid I realized that the site was incredibly suspicious and I called customer service. It was very hard to get in touch with anyone and when I did they circumvented my questions. After a while, they connected me with the distributor (which their site says they will not do) and that was Elmora Healthcare. To be fair, the customer service person with whom I spoke - he and I had a language barrier and in the end, I saw that he was trying to help me so no fault there. Once I was transferred to Elmora Healthcare I spoke with Ben Hertz, the manager and third generation in the family to run the business who assured me that the site was credible and gave me numerous ways to verify that. He proceeded to tell me where I could get further info on the chair I wanted and offered info on a scooter as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about challenges that disabled individuals face and answered my questions before I asked them. Once I got to NYC I decided to call them to thank them for their assistance as the chair was perfect and exactly as described. It was after hours but Ben answered. He was clearly out at an event but still took the time to tell me the ins and outs of the chair and let me know that I could call him anytime if there was ever a problem. When it was time to leave he called me to ask if I had been satisfied. This very long review is my testament to exactly how satisfied I was! I plan on using them any time I return to NYC. I have wandered by this Walgreens many times but never stepped foot in it until yesterday. Overall, this Walgreens is very well maintained. It was clean and the shelves were well stocked and organized. Kudos to the cashier in the makeup department who made it a point t call over customers when she saw the line at the main cashier was getting a bit long. I liked seeing the teamwork between the two (and it made the lines go much faster). There's ample parking in the lot in front of the store and there are a few places to eat nearby including a Wendy's and Don Alex. I'd say Walgreens is best for very specific items (such as Distilled Water, $2 for 2!) but not so much for others (some of the toys are way overpriced). Warning: this Walgreens is not 24 hours like some of the others in the area had has more "normal" business hours.
