My fiancé and I went in, and at first, everything seemed fine--he got his prescription with top-notch service. But when it was my turn for my birth control prescription, I was slapped with an extra $20 charge. I've never been charged that before, despite having the same insurance (just had to switch pharmacies due to one closing). When I asked why, the pharmacist got defensive and tried to justify it by talking about discounts that I didn't care about. All I wanted to know was the breakdown of what my insurance was paying and why I was being hit with this fee. Then, he had the nerve to mansplain my birth control to me, insisting I get three refills at $20 each because of my cycles. I was on the verge of losing it when he wouldn't just give me a straight answer about my insurance coverage. And then, he had the audacity to try to negotiate the price with me! I've never had a pharmacist try to haggle with me before. Who does he think he is, trying to upsell or take advantage of people in our community? He kept trying to have the last word and even got loud when we pushed back. Eventually, he told us to never come back. So here I am, heeding his wish and warning others to steer clear.. Good luck to anyone who still relies on this pharmacy--I won't be going back, and neither should you.

They tell me that my pharmacy has to call, my pharmacy tell me that because it's getting transferred to them they have to call which makes sense. 2. Call back again and the lady says it's fine she will call but for me to bring the prescription. I then ask again, why did you fuki1ng tell me to be here if you don't have it ready. That's the point of time. 6. It's 1:15 and finally they have it ready. If I didn't Need this shit medicine that nobody else seems to have, I would have vandalized this place. But since my sister sent her prescription here today I pass by to pick up a prescription for her. The staff assisted me quickly however they said I haven't been there in a while and did not want to take my family's insurance. You would think they would just ask for new updated information but it seemed like they didn't want to give me the prescription because I had not been there in a while. She simply just said I can pay it for out my pocket 200$! I think the right approach would be contact your insurance or let's update your information. Again I don't think there was anything wrong with the insurance as my sister had used it that same day and the doctor prescribed it and he never said anything about payments. I will tell my sister to check with the doctor and insurance and send it somewhere else.

I was hoping to receive my medication that day as I was told was possible. Well its almost 4pm the next day and I still have not received anything. After expressing my frustration to the manager and telling him I would never use them again he said he's canceling my prescriptions.So here I am a 63 disabled female leaving on a Sunday,that tomorrow for the trip I told them I needed to have my medicine for. Good thing my cousin is an oral surgeon in Fl. or I'd be in trouble as any pharmacist would know w/o their medication there is a risk to ones health yet this is what he decided to do. So much for ethic or morality. There was a narcotic medication due in a week,that was no problem I know it could be disbursed prior to then however he wanted me to come to the store w/ ID before he would dispense it. I m unable to go to the store as I explained to them from the start. This would be the first time ever a drugstore requested this. The manager said it the law. Umm I doubt all the other store have been breaking the law. That Friday the girl who answers the phone said the manager could not find anyone to deliver. May-be that didn't want to come out in the cold since it's 17 degrees.I wish that were honest from the start. If I didn't have a doctor in my family I would of had to cancel my trip. I believe are 3 drugstore within 2 blocks of this one. I used this one because I saw a positive review . Guys I would suggest you consider using any another store since there so many to chose from .
