My appointment the following morning with Dr. Kassis was just what I needed. She was able to provide great advice, references and general support, and although wasn't accepting new patients, was willing to take on our family. We will be bringing our baby here when she's born in March, and it's comforting to know she's already in good hands!

When looking for a new doctor, I'll admit I initially passed up Dr.Lohtia due to her poor reviews…read more From what I gathered, she was great, but her staff was incompetent and rude. However, outside of traveling to the city, I was left with no other options. I write this review for those who, like me, nearly missed a good opportunity with an excellent doctor AND staff because of nasty reviews. I actually missed my first appointment, fully forgot, 100% my fault, and was neither charged nor reprimanded for it. When I made it to my rescheduled appointment, I was met with smiles and friendliness. Dr.Lohtia was behind schedule, which they had recorded on a handy white board at the front of the office. Being warned in advance that I should expect to be about 30 minutes behind made it much easier to wait. The nurse and Dr.Lohtia were personable, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I mentioned a sandwich spot near by, and the nurse lit up. She was eager to give me her recommendation and directions to find it. On my way out, I had a similar encounter with the receptionist. She told me a story about a patient visiting the same shop, and how popular it is. Everything about the office seemed eager, helpful, competent and kind. It's disappointing so many people reviewed it differently. On the other hand, it probably allowed for the opening I needed to see this wonderful doctor! I definitely recommend Dr.Lohtia and her office!

I believed in my heart we had a good relationship. In the past couple of years the level of care has dwindled leaving me to suffer extended periods of time due to neglect and a diminished standard of care. Messages left to the doctor by phone message or MyChart take several days to respond IF SHE RESPONDS at all. I have been consistently ignored while suffering major health scares, never receiving calls or checks-ins for me as a patient in need of care. Slightly heart broken, I find myself needing to complain to the state board and pursue another PCP Primary Care Physician.

I've seen many doctors due to a complicated medical history, and I can say with absolute certainty…read morethat Dr. Yee is one of the best physicians I've ever encountered. She is a brilliant diagnostician who identified issues before specialists did and even corrected misdiagnoses. Her clinical instincts are impeccable, and her ability to treat the whole person (not just a symptom) is rare in medicine today. Beyond her incredible mind, Dr. Yee truly cared. She listened - really listened - to every concern. I always felt heard, supported, and in incredibly capable hands. While I'm devastated she's moved into concierge medicine, I fully understand her decision. The system doesn't always make space for doctors like her - the ones who take the time, ask the right questions, and treat you like a person, not just a chart. Dr. Yee set the bar impossibly high, and I miss her deeply. If you have the opportunity to be under her care, consider yourself incredibly lucky.

One thing I noticed that made me uncomfortable was that Dr Bauman maintains a very healthy prerogative to remove herself and turn the responsibility over to the patient to call an ambulance. That message gets delivered in several different ways but basically says "don't bother me, go to the emergency room" This is understandable since she is older, has only a part time practice, is heading for retirement, has no answering service, no patient portal and it is a cluttered little room where she sees her patients. Leaving a message on her answering machine is the only way to get messages to Dr Bauman and if you are not particularly cogent with verbal messaging then you have a problem. When I explained to her that the severity of my vertigo and vomiting made it impossible for me to use the phone and that I shouldn't be left alone to call an ambulance and the possibility of my inhaling vomit-------------Dr Bauman dropped me as a patient. It appears that she just isn't up for handling anything complex. If you have any serious health problems I really would not recommend going here......

We showed up to see the doctor and she kept leaving the exam room and taking forever to return. Her bedside manner was also rude and after 2 appointments like this we decided to stop seeing her. After contacting concierge choice they refunded some of our annual fee and we withdrew from Ann Cummings practice. 2 years later we received a bill for $32.58 and even though we disputed the charge with concierge choice and were told the charge was not valid they have now submitted the charge to a collection service that is now threatening to ruin our credit. I would advise anyone reading this to NOT use Concierge Choice or Ann Cummings medical practice.
