My mother explained that we had not been told when we bought the pants (for $200+) that the zipper was defective and Laura continued to be rude to her. I can't believe that Gretta Luxe would sell defective items that they did not disclose to unsuspecting shoppers. It's deceptive to consumers and bad business. I would warn anyone who is considering shopping here to avoid it. There are many luxury boutiques and department stores where they are respectful to customers and do not sell defective luxury items.

So, as a perfect example this past weekend - I discovered that an event scheduled for that evening was intended to be a "casual upscale" dinner - instead of the little black dress that I had planned to wear. On this visit, Heather took care of me- she had at least 10 inches on me - so a completely different body style.
