Wife went to the doctors office yesterday for the week baby check up, doctor said baby turned again go home get change and come to the hospital we having the baby this afternoon! Just wanna say thanks to the whole staff wow, everyone is so kind and nice that's impressive! We got here around 1:30 pm by the time we finish answering all the questions " let me tell you its alottttt lol" it was almost 3:00 pm, there was a nursing in training I believe thats the reason, but once they took the wife to get ready for the c section they told me to wait in the other room, 12 minutes later they called me to come in to seat by with the wife, I made sure to ask that I wasn't gonna see any blood or anything weird otherwise I could faint , they told me not to worry about it, once I went inside, Doctor Gonzales said get the camera ready so you can take a picture "(by the way you can't record)" 8 minutes later she asked me " do you have the camera ready" I got my phone my wife asked me why you getting your phone, I said doctor said we ready she couldn't believe it, man that was faster, wife went in a 3:54 at 4:20 we had the baby at our hands! I got on the room before the c section starts at 4:12 it took literally 8 minutes! My wife being with DR Gonzales since we found out she was pregnant, would recommend and definitely since we want more kids will be using her services again! Thank youuu read more

As a male I have no need to see a Gyn but I just had to write a review because of how great she has been with the women in my family. From my daughter to my wife to my sisters who all see her and are very happy with the warmth, professionalism and dedication Dr Gonzalez has provided them. If you're new to the area or are simply looking for a new obgyn you'd be doing yourself a favor by booking an appointment with her. read more

Please be aware, this doctor is only looking to make money. One of the worse experiences of my life is with this doctor. Diagnosing me without any facts and causing me pure hysteria. I would not recommend her to anyone! read more

I haven't been here in awhile (June 2015) but a positive pregnancy test caused me to make an appt. in the past Dr. Gonzalez was amicable, polite, caring and thorough. Due to the holiday season I had to wait 2 weeks for my appt. I spend 5 minutes looking for the building (next to Public Storage) and when I get to the receptionist I joke "have they built any new buildings recently?" It goes over her head and she lightweight chastises me stating "you haven't been here since 2015, so..." I smile and try to get back to business, when she tells me I owe $268 fo today's visit. Yep. $268. I'll say it again $268 and that's with Cigna insurance from my employer. I ask for the breakdown b/c I have insurance and granted my last pregnancy was 7 years ago, so maybe I'm missing how insurance works. She goes on to tell me I'm not there for a well woman visit, I'm there for a problem so it's $50 copay (ok) and the other $215 is for the office ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. Well, I ask to backtrack (and she gets a "supervisor" b/c I can't speak to the dr) and can we change my appt to a well woman annual b/c it's past time. They tell me no, and the cost of the ultrasound will go towards my deductible. I ask for my medical records and all they can present me with is a one page document. I was livid, say thanks and walk away b/c apparently doctors don't confirm pregnancy during annual Pap smears. I get on the line with my insurance company to get the hypothetical cost of having a baby. They inform me that if the ultrasound is done in-office it becomes part of the specialist, $50 copay if it's done in a medical facility then it's what price towards the deductible, aka Dr. Gonzalez's office didn't have to tack on the extra $215 and instead could've included it into the $50 copay. Perhaps it's b/c it's the first of the year and billing is weird but they tried to get me. I'm pretty disappointed and now I'm Yelping other obgyns in my network that won't try to get additional money out of me. read more

I'm not reviewing the doctor but I am reviewing her employee Zaima. Since the first day that I was trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gonzalez she had a bad attitude. Today after a month and a half of waiting to see Dr. Gonzalez was my appointment and she calls me 45 mints before to tell me that I needed a referral to see a specialist and that my co-pay was $100.00 she never said this to me when I'd originally called and was rude again and kept talking over me. I feel terrible because after getting a great reference from an existing patient I will not go to see Dr. Gonzalez as I believe your team is a reflection of your leadership. If Zaima has treated me like this I can only imagine how she treats everyone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Fertility is emotional enough and I don't need a stranger making me feel worst. read more

I've been with Dr Gonzalez for years, she is my absolute favorite gyno! I don't trust anyone as much as I trust her. Not just her, but the entire staff always makes me feel so welcomed and I am know I am in great hands. The office is clean, neat, I am in and out of my appointments, no waiting around like at other places. Overall it's just a great patient experience and I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a great gyno/OB. read more

At 8 months pregnant, left waiting in cold exam room wearing only the paper sheet for 1/2 hour. Husband had to go find staff to tell them we are still waiting. At first visit post delivery, was left waiting again in exam room for 45 min. Got dressed and left to never return. read more

RUNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!! This entire office is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORIBBLE.... DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. They appear all nice on the outside but in reality DR. Elizabeth Gonzalez is money hungry. I had a MC on Feb 10th and I decided to let things pass naturally when I went in for follow up I was told by the doctor there was no need for a D&C because only 1cm of the baby was left so I was prescribed Mistropal to help the rest of the baby pass. I learned later that this is an abortion pill that causes bleeding to be prolonged. Long story short I was still bleeding 2 weeks later and then the doctor tells her assistant Cindy to call me and schedule the D&C she told me I did not need (just to add she did not do a follow up before scheduling the D&C which is not proper protocol. I decided to go to the ER for a second option since DR. Elizabeth did not do a follow up and I was told my hormone level went down to 10 and the spotting I am seeing is old blood. I took it further and saw another OB who told me that the uterus was empty and if the D&C was performed that it could cause serious damage. This office is my worst nightmare come true from the beginning of the pregnancy I knew I should of found another doctor. They do not respect patients privacy they talk about everything in the open they over charge you for Copays and I even later found out my insurance was billed wayyyyyy more than they should have. Throughout the entire experience she never followed up with me so my insurance comp0any called her and had us on a 3 way call when she was contorted about the billing and negligence of not following protocol she disconnected the call. I would NEVER refer this woman to anyone she is a DEVIL in disguise. read more

I lived in Dallas for 6 years, I had the best doctors in Dallas. The healthcare provided in FL did not compare, most make you feel like they are turning tables at a restaurant sometimes passing you off on a PA when you asked to see the doctor UNTIL I found Dr. Gonzalez. I was so happy, she actually takes time to talk to her patients. I've been back from Dallas 2 years and went to another OBGYN last year, what a disappointment. Regardless of results, they make the patients come back and so I did waited 2 hours so I left, yup never got results. This year I wanted to find someone else, I crossed my figures and found Dr. Gonzalez. Other sites like Health Grades had great reviews for her but I still didn't think I'd be that impressed but I was wrong. I loved, LOVED her. She is so friendly and professional. She makes you feel so comfortable. When the pap was over, I was like wow that was it! She reminded me so much of my old OBGYN in Dallas. I can rest easy, I have found my OBGYN here. I just hope she doesn't become so popular I wont get an appointment but I had to share my experience. I think finding good healthcare in South FL is hard and when you find someone like Dr. Elizabeth Gonzalez you have to give your positive review! And BTW her staff is also extremely friendly, Julie helped me before Dr. Gonzalez and she was so pleasant as well. read more
