I get very uncomfortable after that, not knowing whether or not I should continue waiting for my best friend, so I step out and run back to the car because of the rain. Yes, after 3 sessions I may have blindly verbalize I saw a "slight improvement", however, I quickly realized it was due to the lighting in your establishment. And the free additional treatments were reluctantly provided after I insisted something else needed to be done. Although, I asked to speak with you regarding the matter, you never once bother to call to speak with me regarding my concerns. And it wasn't until after "Liz" herself notice the after pics were actually worse, that she reluctantly offered the alternative treatments. That of which were considered a downgrade and a less effective treatment than the initial treatments I paid for. You would have done much better continuing to ignore my comment/rating.
