The limo was old, the back window wouldn't open and close properly, once you opened it, you couldn't close it. None of the control buttons would work, the limo driver had to keep on stopping to reset the system so that we could control the lights and driver divider. The roof material was pealing off of the car, it was dirty, the seats were worn, the radio bracket kept on falling off of the radio and it was completely embarrassing for my wife's 60th birthday. The driver never opened the doors for us and was completely out of his element, it seemed like he'd never driven a limousine in his life. We told him how unhappy we were with the condition of the limousine and asked him to get a hold of the owner and let him know how unhappy we were, I never heard anything back from him. They refused to stay at the venue, leaving us at the event from 12:30- 8:45 without access to the bus. We had students who have serious medical conditions and we booked a charter bus so they had access to a bathroom rather than porta potties. We needed a place to keep medicine cold. Your driver Jack refused. He told me personally, "I don't want to stay there. What am I supposed to do there all day?" He also said, "What am I supposed to do for dinner if I'm there?" I offered to go buy him dinner. In fact I paid for him to have dinner at the buffet on Friday! I ended up spending another $300 to get your drivers another hotel room even though they were NOT over their time limits. We had girls who had to change their clothes out in public. Jack said, "they can change inside the porta potties." The kids' belongings were our in the parking lot all day. We paid for a charter bus but didn't have access to it. The driver told our hotel if they couldn't find him a room for the afternoon, he was going to leave our group in Nevada and drive back to California, leaving over 100 kids and their chaperones stranded out of state. Our hotel manager was shocked and reported this to me. We tried our best to find compromises, including just having one bus at the venue, but he refused. I spoke with your dispatcher Robin and was also treated rudely. I requested twice that the supervisor call me, but she never did. Never, ever, ever use this company. I work for a large charter school that is spread out in multiple counties and we needed buses for our annual student conference in Temecula. We needed to transport students from Riverside and Hemet, and had ordered too many buses. Up until three days before the conference, STA allowed us to cancel buses and only charged us for those we needed. For any school money is an issue - I greatly appreciate Chris Hubbell from STA working with us to stay within our tight budget. We will be contacting them for AL of our transportation needs!
