She didn't even look up and said "one of them will be out to talk to you in a minute." Meaning a technician, I guess. Several technicians came in and out of the office, but not one acknowledged me in anyway. I'm getting too old to waste my time on businesses/people with poor customer service. This was simply disrespectful. (I doubt they cared that they lost my business.) Therefore, I called another shop and drove 30 minutes to get here. We'll see what kind of service I get. I'll be posting another review on this new shop when my car is repaired. Moral of the story, be nice, and respect people who are trying to pay you for a service.

We arrived within 5 minutes and they took us right in as the tire was deflating. They were very busy, but have two dedicated people for such issues, or so it appeared. Incredibly friendly staff that was very outgoing. We were on our way back to our planned day within minutes. We now have a tire place to call when we need to replace tires and we were awarded with the attached souvenir that nobody wants.

The service people were not very helpful. I had an oil change and a tire rotation. After the tire…read morerotation the tire pressure in the front tires was 80 PS I and the rear tires were 57psi. They never check to see what the correct tire pressure should be. I pull a trailer and it is extremely important that the tire pressure is correct. I will not be using Walmart car and tire service.

We recently had problems with our deisel pusher in Webster florida. I called M+n auto, as I had…read moreused ten twice in the past, and had good results. They came out to Oak Alley rv park and looked at our unit and told us the air compressor needed to be replaced, estimated cost would be around $2500.00. We said go ahead and fixit. After over a week of waiting, parts came in and they came out to change parts out. All Fixed? total bill came to just over$4500.00. (a bit much, but you can't push one of these things home) We left for home in Canada the next day. Just north of Atlanta ,we noticed oil dripping from the compressor so we stopped and called a mobil mechanic. He came out and told us that the bolts holding the compressor on were all loose, with one almost completely out and that one of the brackets holding it in place was also missing a bolt. We had him tighten everything up and replace missing bolts. Total cost for this repair was $477.00. We called Nathan at M+n auto , and he said, no problem, I will refund you the charges. It's been 2 weeks and still no money and we can no longer get ahold of him on the phone(don't know if we were blocked). This is a very bad way of doing business, and not anyone I would personally recomend. Several friend of ours in the Oak Allyr RV park have used his services in the past and had good success, BUT we will not be using him in the future ,or recomending him. Sad Ending

These guys were prompt, professional and fairly priced for a tire repair…read more I went to another national brand place first and they were 2+ hours with no effort shown to somehow squeeze a waiting customer in front of work that wasn't as time sensitive. Wildwood Tire desk staff had a "can do" attitude and understood the process of prioritizing workload and staff scheduling.
