Very disappointed and angry. They put back rotors and pads on. 1 day later my car almost caught on fire because they seized up my caliper. Told me they did nothing wrong and it was because the e-brake was rusted. Total lie. To top it off, when taken to someone else to fix imagine my surprise to find out they only replaced 1 rotor when clearly charged me for 2. They lie, cheat and treat people with no respect. read more

You're a tire shop; I would stick to that. Not the 1st time I've been disappointed here, but it will be my last. You would generate better relations with every customer if you were thorough, honest, and informative. I thought my CV axle was going out, you purchased the part based off my assumption. Quoted me $450 for the replacement, was told $481 when I came to pick up, then my card was run for $498. Not one phone call during that process. I called at 2pm same day for a status after dropping my car off at 8am and was told they had to test drive it. I still have the same noise coming from underneath my car and now a scraping metal noise the following morning. I brought it back the following morning to be told "it would be a while" before they could look at it. I'm interested know how that noise was missed during the "test drive" you had to do before I could come pick up? I've been coming here all my life for tire work, I'm a local, but I will never again go here for anything else if I even come back. It most definitely would be a last resort choice. I could understand if I drove an old beater, but it's 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport. I expect the shop I'm paying to work on my car to be trustworthy, thorough, and informative. I'll pay whatever you tell me to pay no questions if you set that standard. This visit broke my trust and definitely scarred me from coming back. read more

Just had a great experience with this tire shop. Got a flat on the interstate and had it towed to Bushnell tire thinking I was gonna need a new tire. Called ahead of time to make sure they had a like sized tire in stock. When I arrived they said it just needed a patch. Honesty and integrity. read more

the man at the front desk literally wiped the spot I put my hand on, I don't recommend getting your car worked on by a germophobe. Also showed no respect for me and my low understanding of cars. I even called my father who works on cars to make sure I don't get ripped off and the man wouldn't even talk to my father. took a truck I won at an auction in to have brakes checked and the rear differential checked they were very fast and when I asked how much it was they said nothing!!! Was having an issue with a slow leak in one of the rear duals on my pickup and stopped by to have them check it out. They got me in in a reasonable amount of time and the technician was very thorough in finding and fixing the leak. Pricing was reasonable as well read more

Went in for tires and accidentally left my wallet in the car, whatever mechanic was working on it took it and spent $700 on my card. On top of that my first time bringing my car here they absolutely trashed the floorboard with sand and mud. I've only brought my car here 2 times and I have a lot more I could say about this place. I took my car here because I needed to get my brakes done. Jack tells me my front rotors are toast. They cant be shaved or used. He charges me 230$ for front brake pads rotors and labor. I pay and ask to keep my old rotors because I just got an inspection at the dealer and they didn't mention anything about the rotors needing replaced. I shouldn't have trusted him. 2 different mechanics told me I have plenty of wear left in the rotors. The day after I had the front ones done my brakes started squeaking and making a loud noise. My mechanic said my back brake pads are worn out and about to start cutting grooves. jack told me they were fine. I'm starting to doubt he even checked the back ones. Dont let his mannerism fool you, too. In my eyes he is a scam artist preying on women and the elderly. read more

Had to bring in two tires because of nails embedded in them. Got there around 9 am on a Monday morning and was able to get the truck in within 20 minutes. The tech actually showed me that the one tire had a screw embedded in it that didn't seem to penetrate the tire completely through. He checked it a couple of times and finally decided it was ok. The other was a true problem. He patched the tire, pressurized it and checked the tire again. Only charged me for the one tire and it was very reasonable. Go back: yupp. read more

This business has gone down the tubes. I have purchased three sets of tires from them the last one a year ago. Today I had a blow out on a rear tire . The tire was defective and jack did nothing about it and said that's the only brand they sell and he is not involved with the tires anymore and was very rude. I think he is burned out and needs to retire. read more

SCAM ALERT! My 71 yr old mom took her car in twice for power steering issues...the first time they did not call with an estimate as requested but called when they "fixed" it $800 later....it wasn't only not fixed but worse than it was before we dropped it off for repair. The second time...an additional $380....it was even worse....these guys are clowns....big rainbow wigs and red shoes....absolute disgrace to take advantage like they do. read more

Traveling from St Petersburg, FL to Hendersonville, NC for my nephew's wedding, my recently serviced car began running rough, and then the engine light came on. I pulled off I-75 at the Bushnell exit at 7 a.m. in the morning. I limped my car to the Bushnell Tire Company. As soon as the doors opened at 8, we explained our situation to Jack at the front counter. Dale pretty quickly came out to diagnosis the problem, explained that a cylinder was misfiring probably due to a starter coil failure, and assured me that he could get me back on the road. Jack and Dale had us back on the road, with a perfectly running car, so we could make it in time for the rehearsal dinner. I truly appreciated their professional and courteous service. Those two gentlemen really made our day. read more

I had a situation where I thought I needed brakes all around. They called to say the front ones were okay. That's a sure sign that you are dealing with straight shooters. I've also purchased a couple of sets of tires there and they have been competetive with the tire chain stores. They work really fast too. Another plus is that whenever I've called, somebody always picks up and is happy to give a quote with an upbeat demeanor. They are also really good about phoning right away to let you know when your vehicle is ready. I think this is a very honest shop that gives fair prices and does quality work. If they don't have the tire you want, they can probably get it by the same day. I recommend this shop to anyone in this area. read more
