I waited a long time to leave a review. But after looking at the countertops for 10 months, I just…read morecan't say they did a good job for all the $$$ spent. I had the counters in my kitchen and guest bath replaced with quartz countertops. The first time they arrived to remove and install the new tops they took out the counters and went they brought the new ones in the edges were the wrong cut. They had a straight edge and small bevel was listed on the quote. So, they had to leave and we had no countertops until they were recut. Not a great start but if the installed counters were perfect, I would not have cared. When they installed the counters the bath and half of the kitchen did not need any seams and they look perfect. The problem is they "had" to put in 2 seams to the largest run of counter. Advised this was due to the size of the elevator in the building. Never offered to hire a lift either. What we ended up with is 2 seams that are clearly visible on the most used sections of the counter that I see all the time. The seams are not perfectly level and the sealant they used is slightly darker that the very light color of the counters.

When they arrived to install the granite countertops throughout the house, they were completely prepared and even put down drop cloth everywhere, then got right to work in a professional manner. Their fabrication skills are outstanding and the installation was superb. We chose a lesser used edge (the triple pencil) and the look was beautiful, thanks to their artistic skills. I was out of town when my cat was brought in for Diabetic ketoacidosis. My parents took them in to…read morestart the treatment and the nurse Lisa was sooooo helpful and kind with the whole process. I drove straight from the airport as soon as I got home and I was told by Lisa that I could come in anytime to see my cat to boost his spirits. I was waiting in a room for over an hour and was told I couldn't see my cat until a doctor came in and spoke with me, despite what Lisa had said in the past. Another nurse kept coming in and out just trying to talk money and financial plans and credit cards I could open up to help pay for the treatment. She was extremely insensitive to the fact that I just wanted to see my sick cat. I finally got to see him and discussed with Dr. Long that she hopes to see improvements the next day. The next day comes and Dr. Long goes on a spiel on how she thinks he's improved and is walking around in his cage and drinking water. I was so excited and ready to pay for another treatment right there. Luckily, My mom told me to see him before I pay for anything else. When they took me back to see him, he could barely open his eyes and hold his head up or even stand. I really would've appreciated HONESTY from the staff on his stability and chances of actually getting better. Again, THE NURSE LISA, was very kind, let me have time with my cat in a private room and was very honest with us about his recovery. Overall just wish there was more compassion and transparency with the whole process. It was really disappointing having my hopes up that my cat was getting better but In reality he looked worse than when he came in. And I did not appreciate the money hungry nurse trying to get more money out of me when I hadn't even seen my cat since he's been sick.
