The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. They even stayed late to make sure everything was finished before I had to leave for the airport. That meant a lot because my schedule was tight. Something I could use to replace the damaged section. Upon inspection they told me that my product was close to 10 years old--so no... No they didn't. However, they did have several newer models that were similar in color and design and gave me the lowdown on what I could do instead. After walking me through a few options I chose what was in my best interest...250 square feet of the lovely Auburn Walnut laminate. One week later it was in. When I went back out to pick it up, once again I was met with a staff that was on point. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent guest service through and through. Paid my bill, drove around back to their loading dock and got all the new gear, no sweat. Flood damage might be the worst thing that can happen to ones home (with the exception of fire or annihilation by Death Star) so I'd only wish that kinda devastation on the most heinous of my enemies.
