Excellent job, excellent workers, excellent company! Thank you, Nathan & Hunter...you guys are incredible & a great testament to CWC Windows & Doors. I waited at least a week. I had no calls and no one came. I returned to Gulfstream to find out when someone would come. I was told Joe would call me. They said he was busy. She found my work order and put it on top of the pile hoping that would get me serviced. After a month I returned and Joe happened to be in. He said he had called and it went to voicemail and he left a voicemail. I received no voicemail. However he did schedule an appointment for the next month. He did show up on time. He acted as if he didn't like his work. He failed to respond when my wife greeted him. I assisted him with getting windows open and determining the ones with problems. He left and said he would return the next day. He did not return. After a week I returned. He was again in. I told him it had been more than a week and he had not returned. He said he was there 2 days ago and not a week. Then he found his notes and saw he was there when I said. He said he would send me an email with the estimate. In fact he said he would do it right then. He only said it was an estimate. I drove home and opened the email. It was more than an estimate. It required me to sign a form and to pay 50% of the estimate. I returned to the office because the form did not have a way to sign virtually and I had no way to print it. I was right there and he didn't tell me that. On my return I got the attendant to print it and I signed it and handed them a check. It has now been another month gone by and no calls, no reason for the delay. After 3 months + and no work done. I returned today and requested my money back. It was retuned. That is the only plus in their box. The owner was in and signed the check. He did not come out to apologize or to see what my complaint was. That says a lot in itself.

The second job involved replacing the multi-lock mechanism on a front double entry door. I could not find a locksmith who even wanted to try to fix a multi - lock system. Mike not only completed both jobs in excellent fashion, but also charged a very fair price. He apparently takes on inspection, warranty, and repair jobs of all kinds and I recommend him highly; especially to solve complex issues others do not know how to handle.

Our main door was replaced in July 2025 by Florida Window & Door. During the installation, the crew…read morehad to make a trip to Home Depot to purchase a PVC baseboard, and I even assisted the installer in figuring out how it should be placed between the bottom of the door and the floor. The installation itself seemed acceptable at the time. However, as time passed, small paint chips began appearing and exposing the original white paint underneath. The issue became especially noticeable around the square molding. My wife repeatedly used the touch-up paint they left behind, but eventually the small bottle ran out. Considering we paid approximately $14,000 for this door installation, we are very disappointed with the quality and durability of the finish. I contacted the company to report the problem, and they scheduled an inspection for May 18, 2026. We will see how they address the issue, but based on our experience so far, I can only give them two stars.
