I have been working with Elite trying to allow them to grow as they are new in the area. But the persistent turnover of people the lack of quality and attention to detail is super frustrating. They have overshocked my pool twice in a row know because the service technician "didn't know what he was doing." This is unacceptable. The office folks are friendly and responsive and my maintenance technician is great. But they have got to get these service issues figured out. read more

My late husband and I have used Elite Pool Services for many years. The retail store in Gardendale has always been very helpful with testing, supplies and equipment. The pool maintenance supervisor, Davina is great! She goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is done correctly. Our current cleaner is Lacey. She is a hardworking person that takes her job seriously, while maintaining a great, friendly relationship with us. I really appreciate her! The retail service supervisor is Ronnie. I love this girl! She knows what she's doing and how to get things done. I can't tell you all the times and ways that she's helped us in the past and now just me. I genuinely appreciate Elite Pools and Service. I have truly given this company every opportunity. Their turnover and continued mistakes are unbelievable. At one point they were good but no more. Do not trust your pool with them. They take no accountability for their poor service. In the last year I have had more service individuals than I can remember. I have had water left running, my pool heater turned on and left on without my permission, etc. too much to write here. I cannot speak to the construction side but do not use them for service. Please note I have them a poor review in the past and they asked me to give them a chance. Same result. read more

Perhaps they are good at their work. We will never know. We called in the fall and never received a call back. We closed our pool and called again last week. We were told we would be called back. Still no call. They must be doing well since they aren't interested in someone trying to give them money. But who knows. read more

I am writing this review in hopes that no one else will get scammed from these guys. I called for hot tub repair service and the guy came out (at a rate of $195/hr) and diagnosed the problem letting me know that I'd have to pay this $195 now then they would send me a quote with the repair estimate. The next day I get a quote for another $715 in repairs, bringing my total up over $900. Thinking this sounded absurdly expensive I called another company who came out and fixed my hot tub in about 45 minutes total for only $165. The problem ended up being a $2 o-ring that had gone bad. Please make sure and do your due diligence before paying these guys anything. read more

They replaced my vinyl liner. But the replacement had a corner that didn't fit and leaked. They sent the "A" Team and they replaced the faulty installation with a new one. I think the Company and employees have integrity to do that. There were some bumps in the road but they kept at it. read more

I just used Elite Pool Services to open my swimming pool. They were easy to schedule with and had me booked by the next week. Sam Peeples was my technician. I cannot even begin to say how great of a job he did. He gave a complimentary text heads up to let me know his ETA. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He even spent extra time with me trying to figure out how to set up a pool vacuum. This was well past 5pm. I have used other local pool companies in the past and they are a joke in comparison. I would not wants to use them ever again. these people are ridiculous they don't give you quote for their works yet they said it take 2.5 hrs to clean the pool @ 90 per hr? really....they said my pump needs replacement cost over 2500 but we bought a brand new pump on ebay for 300 so when we told them no they don't needs them to replace our pump, they said they can beat competitor price (THIS is a JOKE!!! Charge customer over thousand in mark up and will give you a 50 $ discount) Please do your home work before using them. WHEN they recommend you needs to replace something DO YOUR HOME WORK check out the prices for everything before hand that way you don't get OVERCHARGE... Most stuff you can find them on You Tube they will show you how to put them together. Don't let the pool guys take you to the CLEANER. read more
