Mustang Hotworx is smaller than Most locations in Oklahoma. They only have 7 saunas and FX zone is very small. The Mustang Hotworx facility is impeccably clean and serviced!! NO broken equipment. If anything breaks they are quick to fix anything same day or next. Clean bathrooms are a standard feature. I like that towels are provided for patrons to manage their sweat. I may have jumped the gun a little bit by comparing Biff's to every other national chain gym because, obviously, they were willing to reach out to multiple people to apologize and get things right. Planet or Gold's Gym wouldn't have done that for us. My feelings on the gym itself haven't really changed since my first review. I never had issues with the equipment and the employees were friendly and respectful. And as previously stated, my wife really did love the in-person classes and misses her trainers like crazy. Overall, expect a quick turnaround on service related issues, an owner that shows a willingness to go above and beyond for his customers, and a clean and well maintained gym.
