They use high tech devices that provide 3D imagine of your teeth and gums. The hygienist and dentist and both thought and friendly answering any and all equations without making me feel rushed. However, that 2nd visit proved to me, it was not me, but the dentist was indeed sarcastic and uncaring. I have never had a problem with a dentist or a dentist office before and I'm 60+ y/o. I will not be returning here to be treated like a nobody or someone who doesn't matter. I had been searching for another dental office to have my six months exam and cleaning, which was due several months ago, but my experience at Village Grove Dental left me hesitant to trust other places. As of today, I was able to trust another office enough to schedule my checkup. I met the staff and had a good experience while there completing paperwork. I will say this, I don't ever plan to go to another dentist who doesn't own his/her own practice. It makes a difference when you own the dental office. Ericka was very personable and knowledgeable with many things including a referral over to a orthodontist for my daughter.
