Horrible service , it was my first time being There and I asked for a full set when I said down the man came and looked at me as if though why was I sitting at his table when the manager told me to sit there and then he continued to do my nails and when asked what color I wanted I had brought the color from the front of the store where they have all the colors and it was a regular color and he got mad and kept telling me no to get gel and I told him no and he said it's only six dollars more and I told him it's not about the money it's I want this exact color and then once I was done with my nails I was drying my nails i noticed my bug toe was chipped but prior to this i got my pedicure done somewhere else . So i asked how much and if they could just replace the polish on that one toe . Literally they all started talking in their language and laughed at me as if i were a joke . I am very disappointed with this place, it was my first and definitely last time going to this location. I came on a Saturday and by Wednesday my gel was already coming off, I decided to just take them all off and tell me why they came off easily. Went During my lunch to change nail color. Also Asked for a Pedicure. Guy said 15 min. 35 minutes passed by. I took off. They should have said the wait was going to be more than an hour. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE..!!!!! Honestly I would leave a big FAT ZERO if I could. I have been to this place twice. The first time I called to see what the wait time was and they said no wait time. I get there and they have me wait 15 min. I get just color done because I only had 15 min left on my lunch. That same day!! My color chipped... whatever. I got back today to get a manicure and my cousin goes to get a pedicure. I get my color and sit down and the guy starts. A chair for pedicure opens up and after 10 min a lady sits down so my cousin and I look at each other like "wtf?".... so I ask when can my cousin get her pedicure? He says she has to wait..! Why does she have to wait?? We've been here 15-20min and the chair was available. He was in the middle of putting lotion on my hands before the color.. Worst place ever !!! I went here for the first time and was disgusted to see the girl next to me getting a pedicure when both her fat toes had FUNGUS!!!!. I could not believe they would even provide her service since they use the same tools on everyone else. My daughter and I left and refused to get our pedicure after seeing that. Today I tried this place, eventhough reviews were not good. It was 2 mins from my house.I made appoinment at 10:30 but when I got there I waited appx 20mins. I wasnt happy but there were busy so I understnad. The old lady tried to take off my previous gel with 3d art and fancy alloy ribbons but she had no idea how to remove it! I understand she doesnt speak english very well but she kept grind my gels instead of soaking them off!! Even I said, I dont want my nails to thin so stop grinding them with the drills.she thought my nails were fake nail which looked like gel extension?? Well it is not. It was my real nails!!! At that point I was pissed that wth is going on in here they dont listen to me, but as soon as I complained she transfer me to other younger lady her name is Linnie. She speaks good english and she tried to do my nails the way I expected to be. I would def make appointment with her next time anyone else!!! I hardly get my nails done but whenever i do i would come here and a young man with tattoos who would mostly wear a cap would always do my nails and i never had to worry he would always leave my nails spactualar if i wasnt sure what design or color i wanted he was full of suggestions and very funny. I always left happy. So today i go in expecting to see him and turns out he no longer works here and the place is under new management. The girl with blonde hair was very short with me when i asked questions about the rhinestones or studs they had available. When she was filing the nails the 2 newer nails were noticeably thicker in shape (coffin) then the others. The others were very thin and looked just werid. I pointed this out to her and she seemed to get upset and told me because the others were new they were thicker which i understand. But that is why they add more of the powder to thicken them. Ive never had this issue where they leave it noticeably uneven. A man took over and fixed it but then the the newer nails were longer then the others. When i told him to fix it and if he can smooth out the creases in the nail he said oh youre picky. Its just like um no but if im paying to get them done id like them to be even and smooth as it should be? Then he said no design today hunny and i mentioned i wanted rhinestones and he said no if its not gel they fall fast and i replied well dont u have glue for that? And he said it still falls fast. When i walked in this place i had rhinestones and they have been on my nails for 4 weeks and it wasnt gel. I shouldnt have to be constantly asking for them to do this or that. Its their job to know how to do nails properly! Seriously left very unhappy, wont be returning. read more

This has been my nail place for a very long time.. Tyrone has always done a good job on my nails & I refuse to go to anyone else.. However, its been awhile since I have been here being that I just had a baby a couple months ago so last month I decided to go get my nails done I stopped by & there was a new lady & man I asked is Tyrone here & he's like Tyrone on vacation I was like ok when is he coming back he said n a couple weeks I said ok I'll come back when he's here he said no I do for u if u don't like don't pay I said fine what's the worst that can happen.. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (coffin shape) he started to do my nails when he was applying the acrylic he did it very thin then it came time to file them he did my pinky it looked fine then he started doing the rest odlf my hand & when he finished he had filed them so much that they almost looked pointed anyways to make a long story short he messed up my nails.. I absolutely love this place, I always go with Linnie she NEVER disappoints. The staff is so friendly. They do need to work on their booking, I call ahead to make an appointment and the owners dont seem to respect the appts. I show up and Linnie has someone else because they over book her. That is really upsetting and thats the reason why places start loosing customers. I really hope they take the appointments and review into consideration. read more

Horrible service. Sat there for 45mins with my feet soaking in cold water before anyone even said anything. Finally got up and walked out! I asked when we arrive if they had time for 3 pedicures and they said yes. Only 2 people were working apparently and one was doing fills as well. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Giving this place even one star is a joke. I had a friend call in advance to ask if they can take two appointments for 6pm and at that point in time they told her yes. when we arrived a man asked us "which one of you wants to be seen first?" My friend went ahead and I sat down to wait for a spot to open up. I waited for half an hour and no one helped me!! Everyone one of the workers there was done with their client they would get up and leave to the back. When I finally asked if I had to wait for my friend to be finished for my nails to be done I got a tremendous amount of attitude saying "we don't even take appointments at 6!!" "You're going to have to wait!!!" And when I asked him "why didn't anyone tell me I was going to wait this long? We made an appointment for 6 and who ever answered said we could both be seen at that time" he kept coming back at me with "your friend has been here she knows better!" "There's other places you can leave!" I was shocked. I've never been given so much attitude for asking politely when I would be seen! My new nail place! They do a perfect gel manicure, they're fast, they don't make mistakes, beautiful color selection, comfortable & clean! What seemed like the male manager did my mani & he was super nice. He had to walk away once to help somebody for a few minutes and even though I didn't mind, he gave me a discount so of course I tipped him well! They are very kind, attentive, not pushy whatsoever. They have signs posted for their hours. Sunday they close at 5pm... I walked in at 4:05 and they said they were closed. My response was "your sign says 5pm close time." The technician says, "well today we close early." There was not one single sign noting the early close time for the day. They were very rude and I will take my business elsewhere. read more
