Whenever I go to a new nail salon, I'm always anxious. I hate when they try to talk me out of what I want and into what they want for me. The technician that I had, MiMi didn't do any of that. She was very friendly and professional, without being overly chatty. She did my nails exactly... exactly how I wanted them done for years, but nobody wants to do it. I like them very short just to prevent me from biting them. She did them in a neutral color. It was the best manicure I've ever had. I will definitely be going back. Service wasn't great. They did my manicure sloppy and because I didn't get the gel manicure clear polish; I felt they just gave me the lowest service possible. They didn't even take care of my cuticles. My nails were uneven. They didn't do a soft buff on my nails to make them smooth. They just use the coarse nail file, wipewiped it down, put the oil over it, then wipewiped it down again and then put the clear nail polish on it m. They could've done a better job. As for my toes they talked me into the gel polish and I asked the lady to please file my big toenail and she said she would do it, but she did it after she painted my nail and then just left it. There was no nail polish on the area that she filed. Anyone knows you should file it before you paint the toe. The prices are high and the service is low. Don't waste your time going there read more

Linda did a great job on my Classic Manicure with Gel ($35). I have no issue and love my nails. My nails are what I wanted for a natural low maintenance look. Cleaned my cuticles and I DID NOT get cut; was patient, she had the right amount of conversation for me after a long day of work and I appreciated her picking the color she thought would match my melanin skin well. I was served a coke and the massage was great as well. Another young lady did my pedicure. She too was nice and good at what she does. I wished she was a little bit hard handed for my massage but that just my preference and want as there was nothing wrong with her services. I chose the Golden Pedicure for $65 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The lotion they use gives a golden sparkle to your legs and feet. Overall, I will come back and would choose these ladies again. Unfortunately they do not have kids chairs but there service makes up for the lack of chairs. Each person completes an order form and assigned a technician. They immediately ask if you would like a beverage and do offer alcoholic options. This salon is clean and it is evident they are using sanitized tools for each customer. I would recommend the honey pedicure as it includes a massage, wax, and hot rocks. The manger couldn't even explain why that was the price AFTER the price break down .
