BEWARE. Party bus arrived 15 minutes late to a wedding and threw off the entire schedule for the day. This was completely due to driver error and inability to navigate roads and GPS. Called twice to try to rectify the situation. Company accepts no Responsibility and just refunded gratuity. This company operates under 3 names... this company i would never recommend we had them for our sons wedding and the wedding endend at 10 and the bus left at 10:04 left the entire wedding party and the parents we came out at 10:07 and they were gone the people on the bus said you left with out the wedding party and he said they were told to be out by 10 makes no sense when it ends at 10 he said to the people on the bus oh well so now we call him and said did you forget about 30 of us he said you were suppose to be out at 10 and we said are you coming back for us he said im going to have to charge you i cant come back we said thats crazy the hotel is exactly 10 mins away from the venue after the people on the bus convinced him to turn around he took 20 plus min to come back then he couldn't turn the bus around so 2 people on the bus that are truck drivers had to help him i no its hard to do but thats crazy so i call the place the next day to tell them what had happen the dispatch was very nice and kept apologizing but the women that called back didnt care at all i wasnt calling to ask for a refund i was just leting them no this is terrible business she just didnt care and said i should charge you for coming back and then the driver went on highway and was in traffic which i dont no why he went that way so he was almost an hour now before bringing the guest to the after party so she said your lucky im not charging me for that i think that was so rude she didnt belive anything i told her that the people on the bus said to the driver about forgeting the wedding party and family i even told her that they would be happy to let them no she didnt care and these police officers and grandparents just thought i let people no about this place read more

This is NOT the company you want handling your transportation needs for any important days in your life. This company was in charge of the transportation for my sister's wedding. A few days before the wedding the owner called to tell my sister he "didn't have" the passenger bus she had already paid for. A day later, he called to say he could replace it with a 37 passenger that would make two trips for guests going from the hotel to the reception. Not the greatest solution but now 3 days before the wedding what else could you do? The day of the wedding the party bus picks us up, drives 2 miles and immediately gets off the highway because the emergency light was on, it broke down 5 minutes after we boarded and the driver offered up NO SOLUTION WHATSOEVER to rectify the situation. Friends had to pick us up at the gas station and we started the mass an hour late. The best they could offer us...a shuttle that smelled like piss. We said no, took our own cars and after that they would not issue a refund. Though the did not deliver on any services! Even the 37 passenger van for guests departed early resulting in people having to take cabs! If you're looking for a company that is "elite" in their reliability, ethics, and customer service, DO NOT choose this company. Elite Limo made my wedding day an absolute nightmare. Here is my story: I booked 1 party bus and 1 coach bus 1 year in advance and 3 days before my BIG day, the owner called to tell me the paperwork for the fleets fell through. He offered me a coach bus that was half the size and for the same price! I believe they took my order and my money over a year ago, but booked the fleets at the last minute. Anyway, the day of the wedding, we got on the party bus and drove about 2 miles down the road when the bus started smelling of oil and the driver pulled off the highway. A few minutes later, he drove another 5 miles before stopping for good. Pre-departure vehicle inspections should be done on commercial vehicles as a safety precaution, so either the driver knew, or should have known, that there was a problem with the party bus before picking us up. My sisters called the Elite Limo owner to tell him to ask for a solution. They also called guests who were waiting at the church to come and pick us up. After the ceremony, which started an hour late, the owner arrived with a van and 2 cars. The reason I paid all the money for the party bus was so the entire bridal party could ride together, share champagne and create lasting memories. Instead, we sent the van away and used the 2 cars plus 2 of the groomsmen's cars to drive to the picture location and reception. When we arrived, the owner had no shame in asking our groomsmen to bum a cigarette. That was just the icing on my freakin wedding cake! Then there was the pint sized coach bus for which I reviewed the itinerary countless times with Elite. It was to leave the hotel at 6:00. The bus left BEFORE 5:45 leaving guests stranded at the hotel and having to pay for cabs to the reception, completely defeating the purpose of me paying for the bus! The party bus cost me $1,000 and while I was on my honeymoon, my sister called to BEG the owner to give me a PORTION of my money back. Of course, he didn't want to reimburse me a dime, but my sister persisted and he agreed to refund 30%. She was not happy with that and pushed him to 50%. Of course by the time we got back, the refund check hadn't arrived so I called the owner myself. He refused a full refund and blamed everyone else he could. He refused to take ownership for the fact that he and his company did not deliver the services his client paid for. He blamed my sister, he blamed me for paying a year in advance, he blamed my husband for not wanting to ride in the minivan, the list goes on and on. I know this may surprise you, but it took over one month for me to receive the 50% party bus refund. I cannot make your decision for you, but I promise you, if you do not book with Elite, you will have the peace of mind that I was missing on my wedding day. My brother and sister-in-law used this company for their transportation needs for their wedding. When speaking with her less than a week before the wedding she told me that Elite had called and that the busses she had reserved months in advance were no longer available. However, they were able to find busses that were similar in size. When she spoke of this glitch, I told her that if that was her biggest problem then we were good. If only that had been the case. Fast forward to the wedding day. Bridal party is aboard the bus and enjoying ourselves until the driver pulls into a gas station telling us something is wrong. After adding some oil, we were back on the road. No more than 10 minutes later, he pulls off the highway AGAIN and into another gas station. At this point we are already late for the ceremony. A sister of the bride decides to call the company as it didn't seem like the driver was going to drive the bus anytime soon. The company owner was extremely rude, unhelpful and unapologetic actually hanging up the phone on her at one point. He informed us that there were no more buses available. We ended up being a half hour late to the church and it was guests that made trips to get us from that gas station in the pouring rain. Exiting the church we noticed a couple of cars the company provided to transport us to the reception. Although that was helpful, we were extremely aggravated at how this company does business and my brother refused to be transported by them. In the end, after putting up a fight Elite refunded my brother and sister-in-law a small portion.
