Had been looking for a new HVAC professional after the one we had been using retired. I researched reviews on all and Eco-Cool was my initial top choice after the research. I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted.
