They paid attention to the smallest details, including how the veins on my tile design interacted with each other. I expected honesty from this company owned by Mr. Brigham and I have gotten no where. I wonder if he feels satisfied that he continues to ignore and deceive the elderly. Shame on him. I mentioned it looked more tan than white at the time of install and was told that is their white even though it does not match the white tub at all. Fast forward to my most recent fix, which I will say was scheduled the very next day which is appreciated, the piece they used to replace behind the shower knob is white. So now I have what looks like a nicotine stained white colored shower (we have never smoked in our house its just "their white") surround with a white circle around the new knob and a white tub. I also mentioned the black spots showing up where it was caulked and that its mold. The warranty guarantees the waterproofing materials they used. If there is mold growing through the caulk I'm positive its behind the shower surround. The tech blew that part off and literally said use better cleaner.

The manager came out and had an idea for a door that they make at home depot. It is $500 online but now they say it is a $2600 door. The communication with this company is horrendous. When the manager called me today he gave ME an attitude like I had done something wrong. This shower was supposed to be headache free and it has only been a headache!!! Do not use this company, hire your own contractors locally to do this for you.
