Hobby Lobby is the biggest craft and home store that I'm aware of in the area. I'm not a super…read morecrafter or decorator but I like to pop in and see what they have from time to time. This location is always clean, items are where they should be and I can typically find an employee for assistance when I need it. They change out their seasonal sections quickly and have a lot of unique selections for decorating and baking which I am interested in. My last few visits I was able to pick up some cool seasonal baking items. I was also shopping for a plain photo album that you load pictures directly into but selection was limited. It's mainly scrapbooks here. They run sales frequently and it's typically 1/2 off... so if I come in and an item I want it not on sale, I'll come back the next week or two and it will usually be on sale. I never pay full price here if I can avoid it.

This custom work required a large siding brake and a good amount of skill. Not only was he able to come out in just a few days, he did the work fast, with high quality and for a good price! They took a lunch break and left each day by 3pm! One day, I saw that they were using my extension cord that they'd taken from my garage without asking! Umm bring your own equipment please or at least ask to borrow. Only one of them could speak broken English. They were scared of my dog so I HAD to be home while they were working. It was ridiculous. Their drywall skills were pathetic and tape and muddying looked like my preschool kids did it. When I would show Rick their shoddy work he would had them correct it but it was over and over and over. Their paint work was poor. Parts of the floor tile had to be removed and replaced. We found The ductwork was left unhooked up and ceiling tiles right over unfinished ductwork. I would not recommend and I will never use again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they hire non English speaking men who do do not know how to do interior construction work. Egress window leaked too

We received quotes from a dozen contractors and none of them could stick to our budget. Rick provided some solutions that would help us stay under budget and still have a really nice space. It is now the BEST space in the house. We will be calling on Rick again for our next renovation. We had a one-year-old at the time of renovation and it was in the middle of the Covid 19 Pandemic. Rick and his team were incredible with checking on us and letting us know in advance how our day might be disrupted by the work. They were considerate of sound levels when he was napping and so courteous of our home life, which we were still adjusting to ourselves. This showed us a lot about the character of Premier 1 Properties. They care about the quality of their work, but they also care about their customers and their experiences during renovations.
