My shower drain clogged up completely. I calleed the "Elite" and Danny came over to my house in an hour or so. Our shower design is somewhat unsual and custom. Was not sure he would even take the job. Danny was a little surprised with the design, but he knew how to fix it. He didn't have the right clamps size in the truck. So, he left and picked up the right size and fixed the problem in no time. After the job was done, he cleaned all the area around the drain, even the wall with few splashes he spraed with the cleaner and wiped it off. The price was fair and very reasonable. Incredibly disappointed. Was happy at first bc the owner came out quickly due to some overflow /flooding issues and responded quickly from the contractor who called. He did find some things that caused the clogging. this was in the summer. Seems like it was the issue. Unfortunately about a month later we had some flooding due to a back up in another area and the contractor came out and did some snaking. We had at least 2 more back ups that were very bad, had at least 3 shopvacs to clean up all the water. This week on Monday it happened again. I called on Tuesday morning and spoke to a woman and she said the owner would call back. Never did. I had to call Roto Rooter and they sent someone out in an hour . one to clean and then again with a camera ( Yesterday - Thursday) . I had to pay them and it wasn't cheap! No drain cleaning is cheap ( but necessary) What is upsetting is we were so careful and really limited what went down the drain. Everyone here does not understand why we had multiple backups if it was cleaned so well just a couple of months ago) 3 days later and no call back! Just the other day, our washing machine kicked out a ton of water in our basement. The feed line going into the main house drain looked clogged so I spent an afternoon snaking it and pouring chemicals to unclog the line. Nothing worked. So we called up Elite Drains for service. Danny scheduled a service appt for the next morning and showed up on time. With his camera equipment, he diagnosed the real culprit for the clog: our front yard tree had gone full Swamp Thing and busted our sewage pipe at at least a dozen spots. Danny used his cutting equipment to clear out all the roots down to the city sewage line. I kid you not, the removed roots filled up a garbage bag. We had a clogged tub in which Drano and plundger didn't work. Someone from Facebook recommended Elite Drains. I called, and they were able to send someone out within a couple if hours. Danny explained that we shouldn't use drano for old houses and was able to clear the clog. He was very professional (wore a mask and shoe covers, which I appreciated), efficient, and super helpful. We originally called another (highly advertised) service & they weren't able to help & told us someone has to come & rip the wall open to fix the problem! I can't speak to the quality of their work, but I can speak to their professionalism and honesty when I found myself in a jam with a less desirable contractor. I developed a clogged sewer drain and called a separate emergency drain service. After being given the run around for two days by the other they finally unclogged the drain, but told me the pipe was busted and would require urgent replacement. I called Elite Drains to shop for second opinion. Front desk was very professional and quickly put me through to one of their techs, Danny. I explained everything the prior contractor had done and sent him multiple photos and videos of the situation. He patiently and clearly explained what was going on, how I could self diagnose problems at home, and confirmed the prior contractor was attempting a significant upsell. He was more than happy to come out and perform a second camera eval if I wanted , but told me it was likely unnecessary and that I was better off calling back if we had further issues. Everything has been OK so far, but should we develop a recurrent problem, I know I would call Elite Drains to honestly evaluate the situation. I wish I had called them first. read more

Would give 6 stars if I could! Found these guys online. Gave a call and scheduled an appointment to have one of my bathtub drains (it was beyond slow to drain) unclogged, and also asked if they could fix a valve on the supply line to the toilet in the same bathroom (which they said they could). On the day of appointment (an hour ago), Danny, the owner, came out and did both of the jobs in literally under 30 minutes! He was friendly, professional and personable.
