When they bid the work, I found the price reasonable and inline with market expectations. When Shadrach arrived, he immediately went to work. While here, he highlighted an additional piece. I completely agreed with the additional piece and asked for the work to be done. When I received the invoice, I worked with Steven, the field supervisor, in a very amicable manner. Simply put, they know what they are doing and they are very fair and honest. If I ever need electrical work again, I will certainly call T&K Electric. I must also point out I had to ask T&K to return. After the roofing and the electrical work, summer arrived. My air conditioning did not function. T&K returned as if it was simply expected. Steven conducted the inspection. He reported his findings and said he went as far as an electrician could go. When the HVAC company arrived, the HVAC technician showed me the defective part and stated clearly why the part failed. Meaning the issue was solely a result of HVAC normal wear and tear. I found working with T&K Electrical very comforting. Even when the issue didn't involve them, they were very willing to investigate. Clearly, T&K takes pride in their work and craft and confirms the work is done right. Highly recommend.

My research that I have done when I decided to invest in a solar and a battery system don't match what garbage she was feeding me. Interviews with my neighbors who have existing systems, and my usage vs solar generation calculations don't match what she claimed. Even if my ROI calculations are off, it is not a 25 year ROI. I would have liked to get an actual written quote from this business, but they obviously are not interested in selling me a residential solar and battery system.

After about 4 months of the system being online, we have not seen a single cent of peak/demand charges and our net bills have been a credit. This is even after unexpectedly adding a hybrid SUV that charges every day. Our setup: 17kw solar with two Tesla Powerwall 3's. Per the written contract, we paid a 50% deposit up front and were told the work would begin within 3 weeks. That never happened. Over the next two months, the owner -- Jacob Floyd Garrison -- repeatedly gave excuses for the delay: a broken-down truck, crew availability issues, a foreman on vacation, and more. Eventually, he admitted something far more serious -- that he had spent our deposit, which was intended for materials, on personal expenses, and no longer had the funds to do the job as agreed. Instead of issuing a refund, Mr. Garrison proposed making weekly payments to repay us. We agreed, hoping he would follow through. He did make three small payments, but then the excuses started again -- including repeated claims that "the check got lost in the mail" -- even though we had provided Zelle information and offered to pick up payments directly. After that, both Jacob and his wife, Lindsey Garrison, completely stopped communicating. It is now June 2025, and the matter is still unresolved. They still owe a large amount of money to us, and we have been forced to file a lawsuit against both the company and Mr. Garrison personally. The Arizona Better Business Bureau has also confirmed receiving other recent complaints, suggesting this is not an isolated incident. We are sharing our experience to help others avoid a similar situation. Based on how this has played out, we strongly advise staying far away from this company and from Jacob and Lindsey Garrison.
