I had all pro put on a leveling kit on a truck a few years back. A few weeks later, I took it back…read morein and complained about the ride. I was told this was normal for a leveling kit.(so I've just lived with it) The other day I noticed both front shocks were blown. I took the truck to a different 4x4 shop and they informed me the leveling kit was installed incorrectly. It should have had shock extenders installed or longer shocks. In addition, they pointed out that the upper control arm was riding frame stop (and had been for some time). The correct way to install them was to either install a modified control arm to allow clearance or move the stops down. In addition to the shocks, the upper control arms, ball joints and front left tire had to be replaced. (all this damage occurred in under 5k miles) After all the repairs were made, the truck drives like a dream. Going to all pro turned out to be a $1,200 mistake! Making matters worse, I went in to talk to the manager "Rob". Rob informed me he would not stand behind his work or the leveling kit. I was told "I didn't build the kit, I just install them. Call the manufacture"

I searched their up-to-date website that had honest pricing and no shady "call for price". I found a car I was interested in and headed there. I went in and was greeted and shown the car. I looked it over and really loved the personal touches they put on each vehicle they had (mine had a new set of rims and tires that fit perfectly with the vehicle). After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them.
