Prices are high--even for incomplete items--and there's a serious lack of transparency. I recently looked at a used LEGO set marked "mostly complete." Priced at 25$. When I asked for details, I was told someone counted the pieces, but they refused to share how many were counted or what was actually included. Instead, I got a dismissive comment by the manager about how it sells for more on eBay?? If someone actually counted the pieces, why not be honest and mention it in the description? Is it 100 pieces missing or just 10-20? That's a big difference, and buyers deserve clarity if I'm going to spend 25$ on it. Worse, when I asked questions, the staff were rude and defensive, showing no interest in helping or being honest. It's disappointing and frustrating to be treated that way--especially by a place that claims to serve the community. I'm done. After years of supporting this store, I won't be going back. I won't support rude people who don't care about the community or the customers who make their work possible. I'm starting to question whether this is truly a non-profit store anymore. The shops and restaurants here are really curated in a way that it draws you in, as most of these places are one of a kind in this neighborhood...its really cool! Lots of new places since my last review...especially for all you foodies out there (& myself). Some of my favorite additions are Chip City and Blackbird Doughnuts. More on the way too, Jersey Mikes is coming as well as a new restaurant called ButterBird. The clothing store J Crew is opening soon as well. There's also a lot of fitness places I want to try, esp Rumble Boxing. Also the James Joseph Salon and the Skin Laundry place look cool. There's really something here for everyone, both of which are useful for everyday living, or just for a fun night out of new places to explore.

Neil is the man! I…read moreneeded new Bosch wiper blades for my Volvo and after a huge go-around with my dealership, I decided it wasn't worth the aggravation and I would look elsewhere. Did a search for nearby stores selling Bosch, and not only is O'Reilly's nearby BUT they will install them for you! Neil was near the door when I walked in, he saw me carrying one of my wipers and asked right away how he could help. He gave me a few options and he had his coat on to head outdoors (on this freezing morning) before I could even get my wallet back in my purse. A couple of minutes later, I was driving off with my new wiper blades, zero stress and a new place to shop for anything auto-related.

I went in to grab a couple of things recently and had to use the restroom so I approached the front desk and asked the manager (seemingly a new guy - I hadn't seen him in the 15+ years I had been going there) for the key - I figured the door was locked given that every time I had used that restroom in the past - only while waiting for VIP to change my tires over the years (next door / they use the same restroom) - VIP had given me a key. Coolio-In-His-Own-Mind Manager bro then essentially laughs at me and tells me that the restroom is open and goes down a rabbit hole about it never having needed a key for the supposed 15+ years he's been there. An O'Reilly store manager trying to start an argument with a customer over whether or not a restroom has ever required a key and getting all excited because he was "right"?? O. . .kay? Second odd interaction with the same Faux Coolio Manager happened when I went in a few weeks later with some old antifreeze and asked a younger guy who was apparently relatively new on the job if I could recycle it there - I wasn't sure, thus my question. The new guy says "yes" and starts to take my container to the fluid recycling room in the back and Desperately-in-Need-of-an-Enema Manager guy runs over and has a meltdown / flips out on the poor guy and, by association, me, saying that they don't recycle anti-freeze. "Nope! No way! Never!" It's a simple mistake, you clown. Get a life. Now I just avoid the place / head to AutoZone down the street or to NAPA in Waltham, where I know I won't be yelled at by a random guy on a power trip over restroom keys, fluid recycling, or otherwise.
