What a TRASH company. DO NOT book with this company. Max is a trash rep. Message me the morning of 5/24 1 hour before pick up and said driver was in NV but had trailer issues. ( ok I get that. Understandable) he told me I'm 2 hrs if he still had the issue he would rebook me with someone else for pick up later that day 11:33am came by no update. I text asking for on. No response txt again 2:45pm update. Nothing . He txt 4:33pm he said unfortunately issues are still there but they are treating my situation with high priority. Gave him til 12am txt for update and no response. Txt him at 6.30 am 5/25 that I needed and update. And we are now 24 hours and 34 minutes pass the time of pick up with no update. I'm fully prepared to report to the news outlets and my bank for no service. Oddly enough he responded in 2 seconds saying he had 2 ppl booked waiting on time another 5 mins went by $700 went to 2500 to 1800 to 1500 extra. No thank u. It felt like a scam. Replying to my bank for no services and scam. I should have just waited the extra days for my mover to union house and go back for my car vs this company u want some who will stay In contact with u and has great customer service . 5 stars and worth every penny go to IG and search up German. Or message me and I'll give u his info. I wouldn't hire this company with a 10ft pole. I expo refund or I will release all text messages to the news outlets and publicly post all over social media. read more

Total scam artists. Masters at bait and switch. Was quoted price of $700 to ship and put down a $200 deposit. Checked in the evening before scheduled pickup and was told everything was set to go and would get a phone call from driver the following morning. I signed a contract to deliver my Jeep Gladiator from Alabama to Grass Valley, CA. The day before the pickup Kevin (the owner) called me and extorted another $100.00 from me. At that time I had no choice. The rig was supposed to be delivered on the 26th. It got delivered on the 27th at 8:20 PM. The driver would not come to my house. I met him on a 2-lane highway at night! When trying to get the rig off the hauler it would not start. It was impossible to communicate with the driver. He only spoke Russian. The company told me it was MY PROBLEM! I had to figure out how to get it off the hauler or they were going to charge me $1000 a day! They threatened to haul my rig to the dump and unload with a fork lift. I tried to work it out with the owner and he hung up the phone on me. LUCKILY, I have a Jeep with a winch. I ended up pulling it off the next day only to find the driver destroyed my battery by leaving the lights on for 5 days! Im not sure how this is going to end up But so far this is the worst experience I have had with any company. Like others I had to send them $100 deposit. $400 would be due to the trucker upon delivery. Once I sent the $100 they go silent. When I asked about scheduling a puckip this Rep named Ako bumped the price. They are horrible horrible people. My car is supposed to get picked up today and it is 9:30 pm. Very odd. Critical: Professionalism, Quality DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR CAR TRANSPORT! THEY TAKE A DEPOSIT, BAIT AND SWITCH YOU AFTER YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, THEN TRY TO DENY A REFUND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL WITH THEM! I tried to book a transport of my car from LA to NY. They tool a deposit of $200 initially, to ship two cars. The man on the other side of the phone, whose name is Anthony, gave us a quote of $,2050 minus the deposit, leaving a balance of $1,850, and told us they'd look for a truck to ship our cars. When they called us to book the date, the price jumped by $450! They said it was due to the drivers wanting more money. So, they wanted $1,250 per car. After calling around, we found that the new price they quoted was actually near what other people were quoting, and so we decided to give them anotheshot, despite the bad reviews we saw. The price was now $2,500 for both cars, minus the deposit of $200, leaving us a balance of $2,300 upon delivery. We ended up needing to ship another car, so he quoted us again at an extra $1,200 for the extra car. We told him that was acceptable, so he sent us another contract after taking another $100 for the new car. By my math, we would now owe $3,700 in total, minus the $300 deposit, leaving us a total of $3,400 at delivery. He sends me a new contract, stating that we would owe a total of $4,050, owing $3,750 at delivery! I called back, pretty upset, telling him that the price was wrong, at which point he decided to tel me that I misunderstood what he said, and the price was agreed upon. Problem is, I wrote everything down every time we spoke, so I know I didn't get anything wrong. I ask for a refund, and he tells me he will get me a transaction number, and I would receive my deposit back in 3 to 5 business days. I wait a couple days, but he never gets me the transaction number. Then he says he's sorry that I misunderstood, and that he would still like to do business with me. I tell him I just want my money. A few days later, I get a call from a driver that he was supposed to pick up my cars, something I never cleared with EAS. I ask the guy why he did that, and got a lame excuse, and a sorry. More days go by with no transacrion number or refund, so I text him again, asking for my refund. Nothing. I tell him I will involve my bank, and he responds within two minutes, saying, again, I will receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days. I ask if it will be for the full $300, and he responds with a "Yes." Today, he calls me and tells me that they can only do 1/2 of my deposit, due to "Line #7" of my contract, which states that they can get a cancelation fee of $200 if I cancel prior to 7 days of the agreement. As there was no official dateto pick up my car, but one attempt, this should not apply. So, I've called my bank and opened a dispute. We'll see what happens. The whole time he kept his cool and tried to play nice to not upset me, but it seems like that was just to make me look unreasonable. I think I have a case to get my money, but we'll see. The contract date has long passed, and they never transported my cars,so I might be able to get around their supposed clause, especially since it was on a new contract I never signed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY TAKE A DEPOSIT AFTER GIVING YOU A QUOTE, BAIT AND SWITCH YOU ON THE PRICE, THEN TRY TO KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT OR TRY TO GIVE YOU HALF BACK WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL! read more

Giving one star, because zero stars isn't possible. Move in a different direction. This place uses a bait and switch. I was in a seven day window to have a vehicle shipped for one price, the very next day the price almost tripled and it was somehow my fault because I waited to the "busy season". (One day later?) They tried to get me to call the truck driver to have them justify why they needed an increased price, I don't think so. I'll let the contract expire, and then I cancel that, and then they still have not credited my deposit back to me, and that was six days ago! If they think I'm letting them make money from me they've got another thing coming. These guys give trucking brokers a bad name, move in a different direction. After I told them that I must dispute the charges because they've had 7 days and still have not credited my account the sales person is contesting everything, after she specifically agreed that I was due the credit because she could not perform. She sends me "piche gringo loco!" AFTER I asked her to never contact me again under circumstances. Why would you ever work with a schlocky firm like this with a nasty and incompetent person like her? Contact me directly for what auto shipper I DO recommend! read more

I worked with Gus, and a few members of the transport team. These guys work tirelessly, and were able to ship my vehicle from PA to TX with no issues. The only downside is that the pick and drop off times were delayed. However, in their defense there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes so having the vehicle come two days late; with no scratches justifies a 4/5 star experience. I would recommend and plan to use them again! Thank you Gus and friends! read more

Literally a scam. The worst company and person (Daniel) I've ever dealt with, 100% a scam. Offered a price, I signed contract, they came back saying they needed another $150 because the DRIVER WANTED IT NOT THEM, said fine just get the vehicle shipped, then they came back saying they made a mistake and needed another $100. Basically a classic switch and bait company that engages you for one price, and switches you to another price right before you are forced to pay them. So that you know which company we are talking about, their websites include: http://www.autotransport.co/ http://www.eliteautoshipping.com/ tel. 8006902085 tel. 7185548156 other phone numbers include Teddy at 8454589970 Max at 4155980728 Here is how the game works: You need your vehicle transported on a flatbed type truck. Typically this is for long distances, beyond the 100 or 200 miles available via something like AAA Plus. 1. You go to one of the many websites such as ibilitymedia.com that will pop up when you Google for a place to transport your car. 2. You enter FROM and TO zip codes for the tow, your name and a phone number and email address. DO NOT give them an email address you use often, DO NOT give them your cell number. Both of these will be bombarded to death with phone calls texts and emails for the next days, if not weeks. Give them a disposable email and phone number (such as a Google Voice) that you may access for the duration of this "experience." 3. You will now start getting contacted by mostly BROKERS - close to 90% of those who respond to your inquiry will be brokers. What this MEANS is that each of the responders will be playing the EXACT same game of trying to lock in your business, and THEN trying to find an actual driver to transport your vehicle. 4. It really makes almost no difference which broker you pick, they are all crooked as a barrel of snakes, and Elite Auto Shipping is probably no better or worse than the others. 5. Elite will BAIT you with a low price to transport your car. In my case, to transport my car - a classic import car that is worth over $100K but that was not running because the shop that was restoring it went out of business before they could finish the job (another story - another low star Yelp review) - both Teddy and Max at Elite promised to transport the car for $350. My car had been transported the EXACT same distance from where I live TO the shop for $395., so I figured this $350. price was about right. I signed an online $350. contract with Elite. They promised to transport the car ASAP. This ASAP turned into seven days before Elite finally found someone to transport my car. 6. All week long, other brokers kept contacting me all offering to handle the job better than Elite. I quickly figured out that they were all fishing from the same pond, so I told them to stop bothering me (but they didn't, still - luckily - they kept bothering me at my disposable email and Google Voice number, which I accessed only when I wanted to access). 7. During the week also, one or two ACTUAL DRIVERS contacted me. One of them told me that the price to transport my vehicle was going to be $600. and that they could see online that Elite was offering my "job" at $450. with no takers, which meant that even Elite knew that there was no way the job was going to happen for $350. Still, all week long Max at Elite texted me and told me that 100% this was going to get done for $350.: https://i.imgur.com/yf362m3.jpg 8. The morning of the tow, Max called me and told me that the driver for $350. had cancelled, and that the only choices were a driver that morning for $600. or one that would come after 5pm for $550. Since I was worried that the shop would be closed after 5pm, I was forced to go with the $600. I even asked Max to try to get the $600. job down to $550., but Max said the driver refused. I paid Elite the $100. deposit, and the balance $500. was paid COD to the driver. The driver who actually picked up the car was Toro Bravo Transport LLC (driver name, Manuel). He did transport my vehicle safely, and he did keep it safe over the weekend to deliver to the incoming shop when it opened Monday morning. The moral of this story: when you engage any of these sites to get "bids" for auto transport, you will end up with a broker who will then job the task out. If you are under the gun and have any sort of deadline for pick up, more than likely you will end up paying top dollar on the day of the tow after being led to believe that you will pay less. All of these brokers that contact you are the same, all are bidding drivers for your job. Pick one broker, and stick with him, engaging more than one will not help - you'll just be working against yourself. If you are contacted by an actual driver during this process, you may be able to negotiate directly with him. If you are in a hurry, or have a deadline like I did, you will be taken advantage of. If the route you need transported is not overly busy (in my case, the pick up location was across the street from a Tesla warehouse, and Tesla was apparently buying up all the open transport spots, leaving very little room for other cars that needed to be picked up from that location) and you don't care when your car is picked up, you'll end up with a better deal. read more

So they don't even tow, they like to play middle man and be the contractor but do the shittiest job while trying. Scott from elite auto is the biggest douche and does not care at all for customer concerns. He will ignore calls and texts and only respond once you piss him off enough to get a response. They are shitty contractors because they will agree to a contract with you but then turn around and give the tow company a different contract at a different price. All communication problems I had with the tow company that did tow the car is all because of Scotts negligence. He lies to you to make it seem like he is gonna help and what not but will go on a vacation instead. read more

We wanted to ship my mom her Birthday Surprise Gift. A Beautiful used Toyota Camry and I started out with Uship and a company called Montway. We paid for shipping however they never showed up on the day promised. They actually cancelled the pick up because their driver wasn't properly insured. They gave me a run around of excuses. I cancelled that request and went searching for another company that I could trust to get this important delivery done. Well I found Elite Auto Shipping and spoke to Mike. He assured me that he would find a driver and get this done for me for a reasonable price. He lowered my deposit to help me out, kept in contact. Only 1 day went by before he had a driver, date and time of pick up scheduled. Eduardo showed up on time and made this happen for us. I provided him with a goodie basket for the road which he seemed to enjoy :). Upon delivery and since my mom had no idea, Eduardo placed the Really large red bow on the vehicle and was waiting with a smile when my mom turned the corner to staging point. Omg what a Surprise. Mom was crying and hugged Eduardo and thanked him so much. What a Great Experience this was. I will NEVER call Uship or any other shipper again. Thank you Mike and thank you Eduardo . I booked a delivery online June 7 for an auto pickup that needed to occur June 12. I paid a $100 deposit. I called twice during the week to confirm that they had the contact information of the car's previous owner, and that the pickup would occur June 12, and that the previous owner would be contacted the day before pickup. The 12th came and went, and the previous owner was never called, the car never picked up. I called Sam, my "salesman", numerous times, but he would just hang up on me and text me. They could not provide an estimated pickup date, and they could not ensure me the car would be picked up any time the next week. As the car's previous owner was in the middle of moving to another state, that simply did not work. I requested they cancel my service and refund my $100 deposit. They refunded my deposit the following day, and then they charged a $200 cancellation fee. So the "cancellation fee" is twice as much as the deposit? DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY! This company is a scam out to steal money. I called to get my car towed from Arizona. Talked to a guy named TJ or JT. He told me that he would be able to set that up for me and that he would be able to do this by a certain date. Since I bought this car on Ebay i had pick and the deliver the payment for the car by a certain date. So I told this guy that if he could not find a tow the day before the due date to cancel the tow request and that I would go pick it up myself. This guy said that Yes he would do that but i should still sign the documents to make the request official, so i did. He called me two days after I had already bought the car home, saying he had found a tow. I reminded him that we had agreed that if he had not found a tow by the time I needed it, that he would cancel the request with no charge.
