I have used Tim's in both locations over the years. My car needed repaired and painted a little over a year ago and I chose the cheaper route with someone else and regret it to this day! My car came out 2 different colors as it's "soul red" not red and when I brought it up to my adjuster he went back to said place and gave them more money to correct. Needless to say I know my car would have came out beautiful looking brand new as before when I used Tim's. They are dependable and do a fantastic job. If you have to pay a deductible anyway, please go to Tim's Auto Body, they do a fantastic job! read more

2 stars is exactly what you will get from this shop. Although they are capable of doing mediocre repairs.if there is an issue . They will see you to the door and deny any type of responsibility. They could care less or maybe it's because of my skin tone Think twice before doing business here read more

Hi everyone, I just wanted everyone to know how professional and curteous this establishment is. This is my second time here, unfortunately and they've made both visits quick and have responded to my cars needs. The car looks brand new. The price has been very good. The estimates were quick with text messenging been a key to their communications update throughout the processes. Amazing service by all. Miguel A Jaraique. read more

I took my vehicle to be repaired thru my insurance company. They never replaced the loss in transmission fluid. Gave me the car back and it died within 2 days (I drove it less than 12 miles). As the other reviews state.. they are denying anything and everything. I had the car independently diagnosed by two different mechanics and they agree that Tim's Auto Body is 100% liable. read more

Do not take your vehicle here, I trusted them with my vehicle and they left sunroof opened entire weekend while raining, practically flooding my car. They also do not lock cars, anybody can just open your car if left outside. Poor customer service from shop manager Kathy. After vehicle repairs were finished I had water under rugs, turns out shop did not install evaporator hose letting water drip into car. They did not bother to inspect car when notified there was more water after they said it was repaired. read more

We took our son's car there after an accident. They returned it to us making so much noise, we took it to our mechanic. They found numerous unfixed parts. We returned to tims, again they said it was fixed. Again had to return with incomplete work, broken parts. Why did it take 3 trips to get it right. Very incompetent mechanic ! And we got NO apologies from management. We will never use them again. Very unprofessional. read more

We have used Tim's for auto body repair several times over the years, always does a great job! This time, the only issue was one that is out of the shops hands.. the repair was delayed due to parts being on back order due to manufacturer issues because of COVID. So that's not on them, my car was done in 2 days once the parts came in.. and they even vacuumed the car out and cleaned the inside. Service was great. Work quality great as always. They they work direct with my insurance, Allstate.. and they went above and beyond by cleaning the interior! 10/10 recommend if you need body work in the Stroudsburg area! read more

The office staff, the guys who did the estimate, and the staff that did the repairs...all where very helpful, very knowledgeable, and did a great job. They made the process so easy. I highly recommend their work...my car looks great!! Excellent service from start to finish. Thanks!!! read more

It is my opinion that one should avoid this shop like the plague. Even if an insurance company (like Progressive sends you there). They used refurbished/used parts of the poorest quality (even though they were more expensive than new ones). As a result, my car failed after less than 1000 miles. The shop's response: it's your problem -- we do no offer warranties on repairs. The insurance company claimed they could nothing and I had to pay another shop out of pocket for repairs on the repairs. Really sad for a small-town shop to operate like this. They only care about their contracts with the insurance companies and the consumers are of no priority. Thereofre I a making sure the insurance companies they contract with are aware of their practices and hopefully take action. read more

Worst insurance adjusters. Unfortunately, chosen this place recommended by insurance to do work due to deer damaged on front bumper. Parts don't fit right. My front bumper cover do not snapped in correctly and falling apart. Andy Richards, the adjuster did not honor warranty for their workmanship of covered repair performed by the shop instead make me pay again for their poor workmanship. I would not recommend Tim's Auto Body Stroudsburg based on poor quality, poor attitudes and dishonesty. read more

Tim's Auto Body will not honor the warranty of their poor workmanship after a year even I have 'Good Hands Repair Guarantee' by my insurance. Parts don't fit right. Bumper cover is not snapped in correct leaving gap in between of headlight. A total lack of good customer service. Poor attitudes. I wouldn't recommend this company. read more

I've used them a few times for repairs and have always been satisfied Today stopped in to get an estimate. They said they were full but after some pleading one of the guys came out to see it. It was very minor and he basically was able to fix on the spot for no charge! (Someone had backed into me and caused the front bumper/fender to be separated from the frame) I know most auto body repair shops get bad reviews (and for good reason), so it's important to recognize good service when you find it. Highly recommended based on 3 visits with 2 different cars! read more

Very poor experience and I haven't even gotten my car back yet. Poor customer service. Poor attitudes. Disorganized. I would not recommend them based on my experience thus far. read more

I asked my insurance agent to recommend a body shop for my repair. I left my car at Tim's with a damaged rear bumper, barely unnoticeable damage to rear quarterpanel and a frame that might need to be pulled a few inches. They must have ballparked what my insurance would pay because without putting it on a lift, "Who knows what else we'll find when we take a closer look. This is just the estimate.", it was determined that $5,200.00 was estimated just to get started and an estimated 42 hours of labor at $1,700.00 would be needed to repair. Although I appreciate that the team was ready to commit a repairman to my vehicle for a full week with a couple of hours overtime to diligently and painstakingly execute my repair, I can't imagine the labor estimate needed for the vehicle in front with the demolished front end. I'm guessing about 500 hours and $20,000. They did however politely reattach my bumper and tail lights to the driven in condition so I could take my car to an honest repair shop. read more

I'm not in or from San Francisco. Last year, my 2019 Toyota Avalon was rear ended in October of 2021. Fortunately, I haven't had another accident. I called my agent to see if the claim was still open. Due to Covid, I knew I wouldn't get my car back for a while so I waited. My agent said that the claim was still open. I called Tim's and they got back to me after I've sent them the claim number. So I dropped off the car in September 21, 2022. After tearing the rear end apart, they said that it would be ready by October 17, 2022. Well, to my surprise, the work was completed on Monday, October 10, 2022. A full week before the ready date. They even cleaned the interior including the car mats. Linda (big shout out) called me each week to let me know the progress, which was greatly appreciated. The only thing that I can say is that I'm impressed beyond words. The work, courtesy calls, and service was far better than I've expected. Thanks so much. read more

I recently had an accident with my pickup. My insurance company had me take it to Tims and I let Tims perform the repair. Their work has been very good. They only get 4 stars because I have to take the truck back to get a minor issue fixed. My truck was damaged on the passengers side which was repaired perfectly, they did not address the scratches on the driver's side where the tow truck pulled my truck through tree branches. They are, however taking care of this issue and have been very professional. The staff is very courteous. They kept me informed of the progress and have been extremely professional. I will use them again if necessary. read more

My recent experience was not a good one. They didn't properly fix my vehicle and after I went back for them to fix my bumper that had been coming loose (that they didn't fix during the repair process) the insurance adjuster guy, Andy, told me he'd just glue it together.....completely unacceptable. When I reached out to my insurance company they contacted him and told him to fix it properly and they would pay for additional parts needed. But when I went to go pick it up the second time it was still not fixed. I'll now be using another auto body shop to repair the damage and will not be going back to Tim's, nor will I recommend their shop to others. read more

I cannot say enough about Tim's Auto Body. The employees were so courteous and helpful. We were updated every couple of days via phone calls and text messages regarding the progress of our vehicle. Outstanding!!! read more

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL...I too haven't even picked up car yet, although I am desperately trying. They never called to say car was ready so I finally called them and they say, oh yeh it's been ready. I said nobody ever called. He says, yes we did...ummmmm no you haven't. I even checked my call log just to confirm they didn't. Anyway, I tell them I work until 3PM M-F, and I am 2 1/2 hrs away (since I wasn't local when I hit a dear) so I can come in any night to get it but may be closer to 5:30pm or Saturday. He responds no we close at 5PM and no Saturday's. I asked if anyone could possibly stay alittle longer or stop in Saturday so I can pay you and get keys. My response was NO, with attitude might I add! So, I say OK, I'll pay you over the phone with my credit card and can you just leave me my keys. Response...we don't take credit cards over the phone. I said look I'm just trying to pay you and get my car back. I asked to speak to owner. Response...we can't get ahold of him. Really?!?! lol What kind of company 1st won't work with a customer, 2nd doesn't know how to get ahold of the person that runs the place you work for. I have no idea how to get my car back at this point. VERY VERY bad customer service!!!! I haven't even seen my car yet so don't know if that is good or not read more
