We were another two hours away from our destination at which we had an appt at the next morning. A gentleman who stopped to help put us in touch with Mike from Sideline Automotive. Mike came & picked up the car around 8:30pm, worked on it all night & dropped the car off at 1:30am!! I have never seen such service in my life! Not only extremely hard working, but very sympathetic to our situation. He saved us from having to rent a car to finish our trek, & didn't rip us off $$ like a lot of auto-body shops are known to do (especially two women travelling from another country). Afterwards, the car ran fantastic & we were able to make it to our appt & drive the 9 hours back home without any trouble. He even got in touch with us the next day to make sure we made our trip back safely! I am speechless at the quality of service we received which went way beyond anything I have ever seen before. I am forever grateful to Mike & sideline automotive - without them coming to our rescue, we wouldn't have made our trip. Thank you to Sideline Automotive, particularly Mike for your extreme generosity & care!

Recently, he handled a complex timing chain replacement on my suburu wrx sti as and a full transmission rebuild on an older motorcycle--jobs that other shops quoted sky-high or tried to upsell unnecessary work. Colby diagnosed everything accurately, explained the issues clearly without any BS, used quality parts, and charged fair prices that beat the dealers by a mile. I know this because I am currently a certified auto/diesel technician with 10 years in the field so I would know if he was trying to get over on me in any way. I just don't have the room or time to do work on my own vehicles. His shop is always clean and professional, he keeps you updated throughout the process, and the work is done right the first time with no comebacks. As someone who has seen first hand how tough it mite be to find a reliable place to have your vehicle serviced, finding Colby has been a game-changer. If you're looking for honest, expert auto repair where they treat you like family and stand behind their work, this is the place. Highly recommend--Colby and his team have earned my business for life!"
