I brought my car into this shop expecting a professional repair, and I'm honestly frustrated with…read morethe outcome. The damage I originally came in for was not properly fixed, and in some areas it looks like little to no effort was made to actually resolve the issue. Communication was also lacking throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates, and even then, the explanations I received were vague and didn't match the final result. When I picked up the car, it was clear the problem hadn't been fully addressed. The owner was very rude and aggressive towards me when I tried to solve new issues brought on by the mechanic and nothing was done to help the situation. For the amount of time and money spent, I expected a much higher level of workmanship and accountability. Instead, I'm left needing to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the job done correctly. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

Erik dealt with my insurance company and Dodge to get the exact windshield my baby was born with :-) He then drove all the way to San Jose to pick up the glass directly from Mopar. He showed up in my driveway (I live 2 1/2 hours from Sonora) on time as promised - Amazing!! He removed my broken windshield with the precision of a surgeon, spent a lot of time making sure all the surfaces were perfect, and set that glass in like it was nothing. I am so impressed by Erik and his skills. If you have a glass issue call Erik - you will not be disappointed!

We have been looking for a quality and trustworthy mechanic for a few years after our previous…read moremechanic moved. We had heard of Rocky's from a neighbor and decided to give them a try. What a find! I thought the issue was the fuel pump and brought my truck to Dan. Dan was so thorough and even called to ask after diagnosing that the vehicle's issue wasn't the fuel pump but an electrical issue, if we still wanted to put in the new one. He was honest and could have just told us without our ever knowing, not replaced the fuel pump and we would have never been the wiser as the fuel pump was inside the gas tank. We could have saved a few hundred dollars but thought it wise with 195,000 miles on our truck, that we should put the new fuel pump in and Dan agreed. He found a few other issues that not diagnosed, could have left us stranded back in the forest. We will definitely use Dan again and have already recommended him to others. Thanks for the integrity Dan and looking forward if we need your services, to use you again.
